Rackets has mentioned he occasionally mutes people who show up in the replies to his every tweet for months on end to spew bad-faith bullshit and nothing else, but if his description of who that entails is accurate and based on what I saw during the occasional segments he does involving tweetguments and thus navigates twitter while logged in, it looks like there's maybe 5 accounts total who get this treatment.

So I suspect such a concerted concern trolling push might result in muting but not likely blocking. I'll refer again to the "every tweet" and "months on end" part of the criteria for those he has confirmed to have muted, most Ralph alogs don't have this kind of stamina.
