You can't just wait until you get to the 'important court' to pull out evidence that you haven't brought before the lower courts. When I say they got pushed into a corner, it's due to desperation and having no options left because the left took all peaceful methods away from them. And I don't mention left wing violence because I don't need to. Personally I'm not worried about right wing violence simply because I don't think they have it in them to try anything.
