This lad is one of those intersex story confabulators as well.

He doesn't actually put together the story coherently though. "xxy gene" sounds like Klinefelter's but what he describes is obviously PMDS.
He also says he has ovaries which is, of course, bullshit:

Yeah this is 100% bullshit and anyone who hasn't lived under a rock for the last 10 years knows it.
"Endo" (endocrine) testing is running a blood panel. If you've ever had a full blood panel as part of your standard physical (which checks your hormone levels, iron levels, blood cell counts, lipid tests, etc.), you know that genetic testing isn't part of it. And if you were to ask the clinic if they could also tell you even just your blood type they'd tell you they didn't draw enough blood for that, because each test requires a certain portion of the blood - they don't double-dip with a blood sample. A lab tech doing a blood panel isn't going to start playing detective and magick up the equipment to start running chromosomal tests on the samples.
And if the doctor had ordered a DNA test, they would use a cheek swab. He's right when he said it should be caught when you're born, because only babies and crime scenes get DNA tested via blood.
You also wouldn't be "shocked" and taken by surprise at finding out you have a uterus and ovaries because the testing would be an MRI scan or maybe an ultrasound wand up the ass (not sure if that'd work on men - it's up the vag for women). You'd know they were looking for it because you'd be waiting over a month for your imaging appointment. They don't diagnose uteruses based on hormone levels in the blood.
Transgenderism doesn't just result from fetish. Sometimes it's pure fucking delusion. If some people can have Cotard's syndrome where they believe they're dead and decaying, why can't others have a syndrome where they believe they're intersex or the opposite sex?
