This is amazingly good and it perfectly demonstrates not only how 'sex' (and by extension gender, these are not - if you're being honest - truly independent properties of an individual) actually works in real social contexts but also the ultimate futility of playing a language game that is intentionally unmoored from the underlying social realities and inter-subjectivities.


Sex is binary but 'sex' is actually two different things. In the first case, it's an abstract conceptual frame for understanding biological reproduction (micro/macrogamete) which is binary by construction. This explains the point in a great many more words. Derived from this idea, we then get a second sense of what 'sex' means which is the everyday social sense of 'sex'. This arises from the fact that if you take all the traits that are correlated with said abstract division then you produce two extremely tight clusters (with exceptionally rare outliers) which can be labelled 'male' and 'female'. The key thing to note here is that in this definition, there is no single trait or property that classifies you as a given sex but rather that classification arises from the gestalt of all relevant traits.

The other interesting observation from this framing is that there are multiple possible (and reasonable) definitions of 'sex' in this second sense since you have some freedom in choosing your classifier (i.e. what is considered relevant in determining sex) so long as you preserve the two gamete clusters*. In practice, people do actually do this to a very limited extent for those ambiguous few. For example, is someone with CAIS a woman? Is Caster Semenya a man? IMO, it seems obvious that it depends on the context since the ultimate goal of the exercise of labeling is to efficiently convey known information and the information that is relevant is always going to be context dependent.

This is also why saying that there is more than two sexes is nonsense; they never convey very much, if any information, and when people talk about an individual who is intersex then they usually do two things a) they refer to the specific abnormality and b) they usually communicate their implied view as to whether they are 'male' or 'female' which is more or less a tacit admission that sex is in practice binary. Hence, people will say something like "She has CAIS which means she has XY chromosomes but developed as a woman because of a genetic mutation" which is to say she is - according to this person - an atypical woman. You could argue that this isn't actually the best way 'sex' could be defined or whatever but that doesn't really matter since we don't care about normative considerations but rather how it actually is defined in practice.

In any case, it barely matters since the entire dispute re. the definition of 'sex' is just a bad faith red herring in the service of the deranged entryism of a bunch of men LARPing as women. The only reason anyone began pretending that sex is anything other than binary is to destabilise the definition to constrict the rhetorical ability of (mostly) women to protect spaces that were obviously never intended to admit 'Lucy' or 'Alice'.

*Can be noted that failure to respect this constraint is the explicit reason why the Jimmy Zje et. al.'s argument that he is 'female' since he has female estrogen levels is rubbish.

The 5’1 little shriveled walnut and the fat Aiden previously could go unnoticed just by growing facial hair, but as more people are aware that a female on male hormones can absolutely grow a full beard, the more they notice the other things that don’t add up.

In an environment like SF, the implications of “Don’t assume anyone’s gender!!” turn against the troons. If not one person’s “gender” is supposed to be assumed, then every person gets the scrutiny. We know what to look for. MTFs who used to manage to avoid a second glance can’t do that in Wokeville...because they’ve all had “don’t assume my gender!!” drummed into them successfully. And that second glance will actually be an alert glance. And then the troon is seen for what it is.

Pretty funny all these leftie bros have learned to pre-emptively warn troons off, though.

And no it’s not a pickle surprise scenario— that’s giving their passing skills far too much credit. They’re killed by boyfriends in DV episodes, in robberies cause they’re hooking/using, or in crimes of random gun violence.
 
It's not even just that they're black men. They also skew heavily lower-class as well since black troons are overwhelming HSTS types who troon out sometime between ~16 and ~21.

White gay kids go through the same thing, of course; they’re just less likely to troon out than black ones. Just being a normal teenage gay hooker, not one in a dress. That’s even assuming the 37 number is accurate; it isn’t. At least 6 of those 2020 murders occurred in Puerto Rico— last I checked PR wasn’t part of FBI Murder stats. Someone can correct me on that if untrue. Also 2020 is an all-time high for this number; it usually averages around 25-26 for the last decade.

Also note the wording “trans and gender nonconforming”. By including “gender nonconforming” groups like HRC get to cast an even wider net in the victim pool. By most accounts Natoysha “Tony” McDade was a lesbian woman but got tarred with the trans brush when she suicided by cop (after she herself had stabbed a man to death) earlier this year.

The same thing happened to Nino Fortson in 2018. One of the news channels even interviewed her common law wife who referred to Nino as female (she was) and the HRC goons still called her trans (they later walked it back to call her GNC). And again in 2018 Delvantrae Bell— who had a PornHub profile where he identified as a gay man seeking same— got the transwashing treatment.

Both murders still unsolved. HRC and their associated ghouls never care about following up on arrests or conviction, even though in 2018 the rate of arrest for people accused of murdering trans was higher than the national average homicide arrest rate.
