Another thing is that a lot of the HHH and the Turkish Homosexual types see this whole fiasco as a hopeless “here’s how Trump can still win” therapy session, failing to realize that the legal battle is a lolcow worth watching in and of itself and none of this will be over until at least December. Possibly January. The outcome is increasingly irrelevant as more and more threads are pulled. Trump wins, shitshow. Biden wins, shitshow. It’s flavor at that point.

So where do I fall under? For that matter, you might as well name the rest of the "regulars" you identified. (Note that I am quite sure we have a lot of lurkers who only skim the highlights, and good on them for not indulging in this autism more than they have to.)

I still find it odd that someone could not bring themselves up to speed on the issues when you consider everyone in law usually files at the last minute intending to make sure both sides have no time. Being able to bring yourself up to date in two days is something I’d expect.

See my whole problem with this is that biden will bring back outsourcing and ban types of fuel that are perfectly viable to procure on our own lands.

I want self sufficiency and wind and solar don't bring that because their whole bottleneck is tied to rare earth materials in the batteries themselves. We would have to further expand foreign wars to get a sufficient supply line now that more things would require them. You also have retards who close their coal plants in their state so they can be fossil fuel free, only to take electricity from coal plants out of state and upping the cost of electricity more for no real reason for everyone else just because they're NIMBYs.

Outsourcing takes entry level jobs away from citizens and you get such an inferior replacement. When you have non-english speakers and english speakers working together long distance on a project the pajeets will find more ways to fuck it up than it's worth it, It's way easier to have everyone in a single location and to be on the same page.

The people at the top who decide these quick cheap fixes never face their consequences and they leave everything worse off. We were at least going in the other direction towards solving this under Trump. But they frame outsourcing as a racial and diversity issue where if you don't like it, the problem is with you because you're unjustifiably bigoted. 30 years ago computer programs were coded better and worked better, compared to now they're complete wrecks. People are starting to keep old shit around just because it works better than the newer versions.

Another thing is that they assume everyone here is riding Trump's dick and assume that because he will lose that they'll melt down. Like HHH is a cool guy, but he is very out of touch. While there are retards, if Biden wins in the end, I will continue life as normal and for me I already live in a deep blue state so it's not going to be different for me. Furthermore, there is some merit to these legal battles that is different from when Hillary lost (she conceded already) or when Bernie lost both times (Superdelegates were within Hillary and Biden's favor, Bernie's vote got split in 2020 with Warren, and Bernie does worse cause he had no appeal to the South in 2016 and it got worse in 2020 after everyone knew he was a sellout). The more reasonable people ITT are aware Trump has a chance but it's not a guarantee that he'll win.

Bringing yourself up to date on the latest filing can be done in an afternoon, bringing yourself up to date on the ENTIRE filing can be a week long process. Especially if its in an area of law you don't know... like a state you weren't ever proceeding over.
 
I was pretty shocked by Newsmax' recent segment on the Election. It was full of nuance and historical context, it was just bizarre, I don't think the public could handle this sort of newscast really. They wouldn't know what to do. They aren't being explicitly told who the baddies are.

I know. I’m saying since all files can and will be posted last monute you might not have a week to get uptodate on an entire case.

I would certainly expect an SC Judge to be able to do so. It seems like it would be a prerequisite skill for the top judges in your country.

  1. Your analysis of the mechanics of outsourcing is too simplistic. Outsourcing is bad in general. But it's far worse when pajeets are involved, whether they supposedly speak English or not. They are notably incapable of taking any personal responsibility. Trump has attempted to focus outsourcing even further on India than functioning countries. Sad
  2. Leaving that aside, American workers deserve American jobs. Trump has not attacked outsourcing or alien legal immigration, any more than he has curtailed legal immigration of dotheads. In Trump's first hundred days, he could have cut off the H1-B quotas. Instead, it took Covid to make him finally reduce them. He could have wielded the power of the executive to persecute companies and individual executives who outsourced, in the same way that say, Tea Party organizers were targeted under Obama. He didn't. Instead, under Trump, outsourcing increased.
