Compared to the other shit I've seen people posting on Twitter and KF no less, this is mild. I swear someone has to close this thread because people are just fishing for random harmless shit he says in order to make him look bad. I don't think I've seen other posts from him talking about Trump or any other politics for that matter.

There are threads that have been closed due to people not actually contributing anything of value or when people are doing nothing but arguing all the time.

So far, Jared hasn't been doing anything notable except focusing on streaming and his YouTube channels. It seems to me people are just sperging out at whatever little thing he does hoping to garner some traction on the thread, but to no effect. The last few posts have been just ragging on his appearance in unfunny ways.

This is might be one of the rare exceptions where someone isn't a lolcow at all, but the people who have attempted to destroy them look worse in comparison. What's interesting is that some of the people who initially poked fun at his situation were also virtue signaling. They would say things like, "Oh I would never groom my fans, share nudes, or cheat on my spouse! Honestly guys you can trust me on this!"

Soon after that they would get caught doing really degenerate behaviors worse than what Jared was accused of. Like certain individuals from the FGC and Rooster Teeth.

I don't believe lolcows can ever be rehabilitated, they just turn into different forms of lolcow over time.

IIRC the only lolcow that had a thread here close due to them no longer lolcowing was Alison Rapp.

She fucked up her high paying, easy as cake job at Nintendo by being an obnoxious thot online that got caught hooking on the side for kicks. She not only lost her job, but even her cuck husband got tired of her shit and divorced her , so she had to move into a shithole apartment and sell photos of her cootch for cash. After she kept sperging up a storm, she got careless and ended up doxing a rich Asian meal ticket enough to scare him away. That seemed to finally teach NintenThot a lesson, and she's managed to not be a lolcow since.

I've noticed that even other popular channels with a lot of subscribers don't garner as many views as much as they used to. Might be due to how the broken the algorithm is now. I also watched that review and I agree that it's very well done, but it might take a bit for it to climb in views. However, he does get a sizable amount of viewers in his streams, even more than....Ross for some reason?

Jared wasn't even a lolcow himself before this thread was made. He was a pretty average gaming youtuber like many others, but he found his niche with JRPGs and that's how he was able to gain popularity. Not many people knew of his relationship with Heidi until she was dumb enough to accuse him of shit that she pretended to feign ignorance on (like managing the nudes blog and wanting him to hook up with Holly). He wasn't even abusive, predatory, or a full blown degenerate. Unlike other infamous e-celebs, he handled his situation a lot better than expected. He actually provided evidence instead of going on camera and crying crocodile tears.

One of the key things that makes a lolcow is the inability to take responsibility for their actions. Sometimes people can realize the error of their ways and clean up their act. Or they just wallow in their pity and blame random people on the internet for their misfortunes. If anything, I've seen more individual posters come to KF and make a fool of themselves on certain boards claiming that they're better than lolcow #457 while revealing that they're into very questionable fetishes and clearly unhinged.
 
Jared is really just an example of your standard game reviewer dude, had a MASSIVE cow infused incident and now has just sort of relocated to that calm of before, with some minor jabs at Heidi.

This thread itself is more now a mix match of Jared's antics, Holly being her autistic self, and the shade from Heidi that pops up from some of those tweets. Keeping the thread alive with Jared's normal stuff is fine because it's just showing how he's moving on past all that bullshit. The Heidi splices inbetween or mentions are nice too.

Jared was a lolcow the entire time - we just didn't know it until it blew up. He didn't just have a single massive issue that came out of nowhere - he was in a long term poly relationship which (as far as we know).

- Had his wife banging a tranny at conventions for several years.
- He and his wife would (confirmed) flirt with fans and solicit nudes from and (allegedly) would fuck fans at cons.
- Jared (and his wife) completely upended Commander Holly/RubberRoss' marriage - with Holly falling for Jared clearly while married to Ross and Jared/his wife pushing it to where both marriages dissolved. This while Jared and Ross shared a similar circle of friends and Jared was professionally streaming with Holly. Holly was friends with Heidi while she literally tried to "steal her man".
- Ross was so naive that he actually lived with Jared for a while, at his wife's suggestion, when they were having housing issues.

The only thing he's handled well is handling accusations from his wife - he hasn't really "improved" in any larger way and that angle can probably be attributed to an actual good lawyer.

Trading Heidi (his old wife) for Holly (Ross' ex-wife) - two nearly identical, pro-poly, pro-cheating, insane people who don't bring much to the table doesn't shout "learned his lesson" to anyone who follows the thread and instead we're all just hanging out to see the next round of drama (when Jared goes off reservation or Holly either gets exposed as poly or just straight cheats again).

Chances are he's going to do something dumb again (IMO he really has, by keeping Holly around) and he's going to be completely blindsided by it.

Sidenote - Jared isn't a more popular streamer than Ross, Ross averages 300% or more viewers than Jared at nearly any given time. I'm not sure where you're getting that info but I'd suggest https://twitchtracker.com/projared/statistics to compare between the two.

I can't say definitively but they streamed together as recently as October 15th.

Jared has been very smart and been low-key about it, at least, but he probably should have washed his hands of both of them once it became a fiasco.

I understand why he kept her around though. During that time all his friends left him because they thought he cheated on his wife and was diddling kids and everyone online was making fun of him and trying to ruin his life. He had no one but Holly.

Looking at his recent videos, he's been able to bait quite a few views from Final Fantasy fans wo probably don't know about the controversies he's gotten himself into. Not much else is popular though, so even though it's not a stretch to assume RPG players would play both, it's clearly fishing a trend game/topic for views and subs.
