What a paradox. Being happier when miserable? I can't even comprehend that. Misery entails being in a state of negativity. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you asked what the solution to YOUR problem would be. They provided a solution, chemical castration.
Not sure how that would create male-slave-robots to fund rapists and seducers when you don't work anyway. Chemical castration would decrease your already limited sexual drive and would prevent your genes from spreading.
