That’s not going to happen. Even if Trump does lose, I still see him holding rallies and possibly gearing up other people to take his place in the next election. Trump will forever be a thorn in Biden’s side. His supporters aren’t going anywhere either, if anything, they might just be more vocal and scare the crap out of the DNC.

Honestly, I think he should prepare each of the legislatures of the states he won (they're mostly Republican) to elect themselves as electoral college members and vote for him when the time comes on Dec 14. That way he'd literally get the electors he needs should anything else go awry. It'd be unprecedented, but when they go low, you stomp on their face.

Well, if the ballots are actually already marked, then that's a bit trickier, but I would expect the isotopes used in these ballot markings to show evidence of age with sufficient scrutiny.

Running the risk of sounding like a crazy person, but I think we're past the point where an entirely peaceful political solution was possible. Best we can hope for is limited violence imo. Some cities are already looking like they did just before the summer riots, except with a lot more Trump people present.

Are you familiar with the legal term spoilation? Destroying ballots is legally the stupidest idea you could have, because the court will, as a matter of fact and law, treat that as proof positive that the destroyed evidence was as harmful as possible and weigh it as such. The best case outcome for the Democrats is having the contested, destroyed ballots completely invalidated and removed from the totals.
