The only way for Biden to win Florida is if fewer than 10% of Democrat ballots voted for Trump, they also have to win 50% of the independent votes cast and they need something like 10% of Republicans to vote Biden.

Academic Agent mentioned something called 'the Vox Day' model. The idea is that outside of Broward and Miami Dade it's a Red State. So for Biden to win he needs to get stonking majorities in those counties. Looking at it I'd say that hasn't happened.

If those numbers are indicative of the general election this is going to be a blow out. Trump won Florida in 16 by 2%. If Biden can't keep up in a county that Hillary won 2-1 he is fucked in other places.

Like Vermont typically goes blue, WV typically goes red. You can call it even before voting counts because it's well-known what direction it will vote before tallying is finished. You can't do that with swing states though.

West Virginia called for Trump.
It is a unique situation due to the Cuban+Venezuelan population. It's probably one of the most conservative areas for a big city, an urban area being 45-55 is unusual.
