Third party isn't the answer. Forcing the Democrats to answer for their behavior these past 30 years is. Every time there's a democrat primary, there are plenty of young candidates with fresh ideas but the establishment forces an ancient runner-up from some past election down everyone's throats. The one big exception to this rule was Obama, but he was groomed by the establishment and co-oped quickly. But in almost all other races, what did we have? Al Gore - former vice president. John Kerry - aging senator who was last relevant when he sold out his country in the 60's. Hillary Clinton - lost in 08 and had to settle for Secretary of State. Joe Biden - another former vice president and someone who is well known for being wrong on every issue for 40 years. And who do the socialists drag out every four years? Bernie Sanders, Bernie Sanders, Bernie Sanders. It's almost as pathetic as the lolbertarians and Ron Paul. The real tragedy for these democrats if Trump wins isn't that he gets another term. It's that millions of people were terrified and jewed en masse by the usual suspects into supporting a dead (possibly literally) candidate because he has a D after his name instead of voting third party and attempting to affect real change in the system.
I just hope we don't have to wait a month for all the fraudulent ballots to get counted. The polls are starting to trend upwards like in 2016 but with the new voting laws in NC, PA, etc. it's looking like we'll need a landslide on election day to cut off the fraud before it happens.Just three more days until Election Day now, people.
afaik it's not literally meant to be the physical media of the recordings, but the ownership of the IP of the recordingsI love the TS drama about her master "tapes" - it ain't the 1960s anymore... her "masters" are probably a digital file and she's a lying bitch, it will have been a contract stipulation that she had no say over the "master" recordings...

If Trump loses, expect to hear a lot of “Trumpism never worked/was a fluke” from the GOP talking heads. They ultimately want to be like the Democrats, with secure elections and a “managed decline” of the United States. The latter of which is indeed official policy of our state department. I go to enough MIC product seminars to know that. Always talking about the new wunderwaffe tank or stealth jet that ultimately won’t fight a single real war, but will get the right parties a fat contract for a while. And as I'm sitting there listening to these people talk about this shit, all I can think of is "How are we going to get replacement parts in a shooting war with China, who makes those parts? How many can we build per month? Can we build enough to replace combat losses? How many will China build in a month?" and so on. And the answer to all those questions is "Shut up, the entire point of this is to pretend we can actually fight a war with China." If China invaded Taiwan in between election day and inauguration, do you know what the US would do? Let Taiwan go. Why? Because it's not worth collapsing the entire house of cards that NATO and its pacific allies have built up for themselves. And it's not because China is unstoppable or all this was inevitable, but because actually being ready for a shooting war isn't in anyone's interests. Nobody wants to take that seriously, except maybe Trump who actually wants our industrial base to come back to the US.Trump may be the biggest victory for the Republican party yet in recent memory.
I can't see them revamping their newly adopted style anytime soon, especially with how the Democrats treated them the past four years.
Everything I know about Taylor Swift, I learned from the Russell Greer thread.I have learned more about Taylor Swift from this thread then back when I was a fan back during my teenage years and she was still writing break up songs.
There is just no talking to them any more. Not even the older ones, who used to have some basic reasoning skills, common sense, and skepticism of the media, and who I could have talked with about our disagreements years before. Can't do it now; start pointing out an obvious lie in the media, or ask what they think of the big Middle East peace deal, and they get as agitated as the demented old man they're voting for. They're gone, and I don't know if they're ever coming back, or what will finally shock them out of it.Meanwhile most Trump supporters are sitting in their living rooms and probably willing to have a chat with these people over a beer or some Whose Line.
But the second you let them into your house they'll start shitting on your sofa, breaking your shit, and trying to light the drapes on fire because you're a Nazi and their righteous anger must be satisfied.
All that golf he plays, that the left constantly complains about? It gets him outside, engaged in physical activity in the sun and fresh air. Which is good for him anyway, but thanks to that I'll also bet he wasn't Vitamin D deficient when Corona-chan stopped by.He also cultivates some healthy habits very few people credit him for. He doesn't drink or smoke, and despite the jokes about him eating McD's every day, his diet seems to be pretty healthy. Add to that that he's a germaphobe, and unless he has a stroke or some other internal issue he should be hanging on for a while.
And before the TDS squad starts praying for that... let us all remember his father died aged 93 of pneumonia, and his mother died age 88 of... old age.
Yeah, I fucking am. Especially after these last four years, when it's become patently obvious that not only did the DNC not learn a single goddamned thing from Trump's first victory, but they arrogantly assumed there was absolutely nothing they needed to learn. As far as they're concerned, it wasn't a failure of their message or candidate that cost them the election, but rather a moral and intellectual failure on the part of the voters who chose Trump instead. If I were a democrat, I'd be fucking livid with what had been done to my party.
Their last good album was 25 years ago, and they really never did release any solid albums, they were always mediocre efforts with a couple/few decent tracks. Like most New York rappers they were buoyed by the NYC media machine pushing them to the front regardless of quality. But all the magazines and MTV says they're tops! Then you try to listen to the promoted album and you discover that it would have been better for to issue a single containing those one or two good songs and then blow their brains out.De La Soul made an anti-Trump anthem that sounds generic and lame as you can expect.
How can a classic rap group that made one of the best debut rap albums in history go from making this?

It’s insane to see old school rap artists continue to chase trends like profiting off of anti-Trump screeds, while Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Ice Cube are trying to make progress.
Digital and tape are not mutually exclusive. I don't know how often DAT is used anymore, but throughout the '90s and into the early '00s it was common. It was digital and it was tape, and it was the dominant form of master storage for a long time. Even reels were used into the '90s. Tape hasn't been gone that long, though maybe long enough to where her masters have never touched tape. Maybe...I love the TS drama about her master "tapes" - it ain't the 1960s anymore... her "masters" are probably a digital file and she's a lying bitch, it will have been a contract stipulation that she had no say over the "master" recordings...

Policy matters, not party. Political parties always turn into shell games.@HumanHive
Does that mean me saying that if these urban cities would vote Republican, their problems would be fixed over time was wishful thinking?
Fuck, I sound like a shill.
Come to think of it, I don't see much TDS online from Brazil. Euros, Aussies and Leafs definitely, they're incessant with their smugness, but barely any from those in Latin/South America, Africa or Asia.I find it funny how all my local media outlets say a Biden victory would be a major setback to brazilian trade relations, yet they openly cheer for him to win the US election.
They'd rather see the country going down in flames than giving either Bolsonaro or Trump a victory. This is the point we have reached.
First off can these faggots stop saying we live in a democracy, we live in a republic god dammit. Second off all these twitter historians always make incredibly vague comparisons to Hitler that could be applied to any politician with an enthusiastic base, and this dude is very conveniently ignoring all of the race riots democrats incited and continue to incite. Where's the literary and cultural base for someone like Hitler to ride on, and where was the depression and social unrest in 2016 for trump to capitalize on to get elected. These tards always ignore the surrounding factors that allowed hitler to rise to power, including the fact that there were a number of political parties in the weimaraner republic that would've been considered extreme today besides the natsoc party. Ironically what democracts have done the last year has been more comparable to the natsoc tactics, but I wouldn't stoop to their level."I saw Trump supporters in Texas, so I called the police."

There isn't much TDS from Brazil because they're more busy dealing with Bolsonaro Derangement Syndrome, an affliction almost as extreme. Same shit with any Latin American country governed by a right-winger, like Chile, Uruguay and Ecuador.Come to think of it, I don't see much TDS online from Brazil. Only Brazilian friend I know is pro-enviornment and hates the current leader, but is anti-SJW and thinks Trump's smart from what she's seen. Dunno if that's a common thought or the minority there. Big country after all.

Mind you, there is also Bolsonaro Enslavement Syndrome to counter-balance it. I want nothing to do with those people who think he's the second coming of Jesus.

like how people in radio still say "cart number" even though carts haven't been a thing for about 20 years
