The only reason why these states are electorally safe is because of massive voter fraud. Washington is too white to have the demographic voting patterns of California without manipulation.

Not sure about that. One of the issues we've seen over time is the states or regions that are almost solidly white, don't see a threat from things like more immigration. With Washington being 78.5% white, 13% hispanic, and only 4.4% black, you're not going to see white people having their lives disrupted the way it's so visible in Minnesota or Texas.

Despite this, all the big time banners, mailbox spam, and billboards are nothing but the Democrat local candidates, despite the area constantly voting in red candidates. (the cars/local houses and stuff are all red + trump)

I was wondering who was crazy enough to blow a bunch of money peddling blue candidates in a red area, but if they've got a huge surplus of money they can only use on ads right now, that makes sense.
