This is why you cannot co-exist peacefully with amoral people. They will hold you against the coals for the slightest technicality, but wiggle and squirm out of all their own wrongdoings. You can't reason with amoral people. Adherence to reason is a moral precept. You can't catch them in hypocrisy, because they don't care. The only solution is to put them down like rabid dogs. Society, especially democracy, assumes as a given a certain amount of common ground on matters of morality, epistemology, and social structure. Without that common ground, no society can exist.
We need to stop giving them trials. We need to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. We need to stop applying morals to people who don't have them.
Identify them and their associates. Kill them. Until we do this, society will remain in its fundamentally broken state, and people will perpetually ask "Why is everything so fucked?"

Let me phrase my disagreement in the following way:
Animals are not ‘moral beings’, as in they do not have moral obligations. A dog which steals food is disobedient, not immoral. So do we have moral obligations towards animals? Should we abuse them?
No, we should not abuse them because by abusing them we develop immoral habits which we would inflict upon other moral beings, whoever they are. Treating animals morally is simply good practice.
The same logic applies to serial killers and other amoral monsters.

Exactly my point. With regards to amoral beings the only appeal that can be made is one of power. You can't reason with a dog, you can't lay down rules it will feel morally obligated to follow. You can only train it, either rewarding good behavior or punishing bad behavior. Pure self-interest is all that has power over it.
You should not behave morally by habit, but by perpetually making deliberate, conscious, well thought out choices. You should avoid doing things by habit in general. A man should always be conscious.

Nice fallacy fallacy. Humans can choose to act, but their routine often thinks for them. You see this with criminal behavior. There is a key period where intervention is possible, but once a criminal lifestyle is well establish there is almost no helping them.

Worse case scenario is that Waters, AOC, or one of the anti-semite squad will become the new Queen Bee of the DNC as far as Majority/Minority leader.
AOC primaried out of a job the one person Pelosi was grooming to be her replacement, something she did after she allowed countless potential successors lose their seats, in part due to the fact that she cut a deal with the Progressive forces in the DNC House membership to make Anthony Weiner her heir only for him to be outed as a sex pest pervert, which caused Nancy to consolidate all power around herself. Hell, had AOC not happened, Pelosi would be winding down her career, as she only got to stay (then) minority leader because she promised to retire around 2020, until AOC happened and fucked everything up.
If Pelosi goes, then Waters or Talib will take the spot if not AOC herself. Which would be super fucking bad for everyone.
IIRC the biggest moment that damned Obama in my eyes (when I found out about it after the fact) was when he was having surrogates tell one of the top big GOP wigs in the House (either Priebus or Ryan) to help him reach a grand bargain on something early on in his Presidency but was such a huge prima donna that he didn't even bother to meet face to face with the GOP guy and didn't even know what he looked like. So while he was having his flunkies making overtures for a grand bargain deal in private, he holds a press conference with big name House Dems and GOPers in the audiences and says "fuck you Republians! No fucking deal!" and didn't know that the guy he was trying to have his surrogates get to sell out the GOP was front row and was utterly livid that Obama was a two faced piece of shit.
Problem with dictatorships are:
1. Snitching literally kills and you have a LOT of people snitching (oftentimes lying in the process) on people to the secret police to settle vendettas, old scores, and try and eliminate competition/steal the guy you are snitching on's stuff.
2. If you live in the city, you are in dystopian hell if you are poor. If you are middle class, you might not starve but you are constantly being watched and can lose everything and get your family killed too if you say or do the wrong thing.
3. If you live in rural areas, you are double fucked as the elites don't give a shit about you and just want you to die out of their sight. So poverty and economic decay is twice as bad for rural poor and you still have to deal with snitches trying to kill you AND you are only seen as redneck fodder who are too dumb to do anything but kill, as places like China and North Korea explicitly use rural soldiers when they need to slaughter city poor/middle class folks during riots.
4. Everything is censored and technology (along with education) is horded solely for the rich and peasants/middle class have to deal with bottom of the barrel tech/education. Under a modern dictatorship, the internet will only be for the elites and even then, tightly monitored and poor people will be made to drop out of school in the seventh/eighth grade to work to help support the family.
