Team Obama, activate!

Left-wing Hollywood stars are rallying around Barack Obama as evidence mounts that the former president was involved in the failed take down Gen. Michael Flynn as well as a larger clandestine effort to derail the Trump presidency. President Donald Trump has repeatedly tweeted about a massive “Obamagate” scandal, saying that Obama and Joe Biden led the “most corrupt administration in U.S. history.”

“It was OBAMAGATE, and he and Sleepy Joe led the charge. The most corrupt administration in U.S. history!” the president tweeted on Monday.

Over the weekend, leaked audio footage emerged of Obama slamming Trump. The former president claimed that the Justice Department’s decision to abandon its prosecution of Flynn means that the “basic understanding of rule of law is at risk.” He also slammed President Trump’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

Loyal left-wing Hollywood celebrities have begun circling the wagons around Obama, playing defense as the #Obamagate hashtag trended on Twitter on Monday. Prominent entertainment figures including Ava DuVernay, Barbra Streisand, Patricia Arquette, and Jeffrey Wright have leapt to the former president’s aid, eager to downplay the gravity of the brewing scandal.

Could this famous thing be upon us in the near future?

They know they'd be fucking themselves if they did that. They're deranged but they're not usually that stupid.

No, they're often dumber than that. But I just came in to say that I've never heard of this obese currycel bitch boy, so if he's actually a comedian he's probably not funny. Just like most women who become "comedians."

In the unlikely event that orange man loses this talentless idiot will be out of a job. Might be good for him though in the long run.

Comedy's on fucking life support right now and there are a lot of people trying to pull the plug

“I mean, first I’ll say that it really upsets me that it takes the brutal murder of a Black man in Minneapolis to change animation. That’s what it takes? Really? These are decisions that should have been made years ago. And it also tells me, all these years, people complain about all these activist groups and they just keep complaining over everything and then eventually you find out, oh, they were right. And people are finally like, yeah, that is true. When you stand up for anything, you’re going to get beaten down for it if it’s not the popular point of view.”
Imagine you're a chef and you're baking a pie. People come from far and wide to taste your pies because your pies are the best fucking pies. So you pull your pie out of the oven and you get ready to serve it. But before you have a chance to open the door, a fuck ton of activists barge in and say "You don't get to serve that pie unless we say it's okay." So each one of them gathers around and sticks their fingers in the pie.

One of them says "Oh it's too hot. I'm sensitive to hot temperatures, you need to put it in the freezer for 20 minutes before you serve it."

A second one says "This pie has nuts in it. You need to take the nuts out so people with food allergies can enjoy it."

A third one says "You used an oven to bake that pie. Ovens are what the Nazis used to burn the Jews after they gassed them. You need to use a microwave to bake your pies... also donate money to my Holocaust charity."

Needless to say that by the time your pie is allowed to leave the kitchen, it looks nothing like the pie you wanted to serve your guests. It looks like a gross mess that nobody wants a part of. They look at it with disgust and they instantly decide they're going to leave. Your reputation is in ruins. Worse yet, the activists who ruined you come running out the kitchen and ask "Why the fuck are we allowing this guy to bake pies? He's an insensitive fascist who will literally kill people with his scalding hot, allergy-inducing poison that he bakes in his Jew ovens. We'll be the ones who decide who bakes the pies here."

If you ever find yourself wondering why current year comedy is dog shit, this is it. It turned to dog shit the moment we let the Apu Karen decide what was acceptable and what wasn't.

They’re not supposed to respond to me. That’s an indication that you couldn’t handle the criticism

"I can't believe that I called The Simpsons racist and they had the audacity to respond and not just silently accept it"

This is a great summary of their mindset. The desire to be able to hurl accusations and labels at people and if those people respond, even in defense of themselves, they're the problem.

Another tantrum by the scumbag that made the creators remove Apu.

I forgot this petty little man existed until this article.

I will forget he exists very shortly after this.

It's the only fate a creature like him deserves.

Which is funny, because the entire point of his documentary on Apu was him being ass-blasted about being made fun of as a kid for being a street shitter. He allowed criticism to run his entire life.

The most insulting thing to me is that he's been complaining about a show most of us stopped watching 2 decades ago.

They changed the Simpsons for you almost 30 years into the show. You won?

How Margaret Cho made him want to pursue comedy
“There was nobody like her. And there certainly was nobody like me. So much of art when you’re a person of color, especially when you’re growing up, is trying to relate to the white American experience.

Who says this guy's not a comedian? Margaret Cho inspiring anyone to do anything but be fat and whiny is the funniest thing I've heard today.

I don't really get the strategy of insulting "undecided voters." There was a John Oliver segment several years ago basically saying undecided voters were the stupidest people in existence. How's that get them to their side? They obviously care about convincing them because they keep talking about them.
