I love how they've convinced themselves that Trump is waiting until his second term to do all the evil shit. Long term chess not checkers planning I guess.
I think in some way they are pissed off Trump ISN'T a dictator. That's why they keep making shit up about him anyway; because they WANT to be victims.

That's the key. They want Trump to be a dictator, that way they can feel fully justified in doing whatever they want. But Trump isn't doing any of that. He's still a loud, brash and honestly kind of silly old man, but again and again he's cockblocked their oppression fantasies. The BLM riots were their Hail Mary: they were willing to throw their own cities into the fire to try to get Trump to invoke the insurrection act and crack down on them. But Trump stuck to proper procedure, offered help, and in the few occasions said help was accepted he still did things by the book. He's giving them nothing to work with and it makes them really angry.
Their entire mindset at the moment can be summed up as this:

There's something sad about Thanksgiving obligatory politic whining being about Orange man bad rather than homegrown politics. The only highlight was my grandfather shitting on Trudeau (I still remember him calling Trudeau a Fag "Just like his father" last year) and saying Trump will probably get four more years. Hope other Canadian Kiwis are having a good Thanksgiving weekend and don't have to deal with too much TDS from relatives.
Video of future, if not current, perpetrator of domestic abuse that is being cheered on by the left. Sadly, I doubt anything will happen to her since given how brazen about it she's being the school probably doesn't care and she's done similar things before.
I wonder if they'll ever stop to realize how embarrassing they're acting. How little do you have to know about history to not understand that Trump isn't a fascist and America hasn't turned into a Fascist hellscape like they seem to hope for? I get super triggered every time I see something along the lines of "This is just like how X happened. It's chilling how people don't see it," for the nth time on twitter.

It really amazing how supposedly educated people will lap up shit from the news and never stand back and have a critical thought about it. I fortunately don't have to deal a lot where I live, but I've gotten a few bleed thoroughs in the last month.
A week ago people were believing Trump was secretly in critical condition with Covid despite video evidence of him walking and talking. Then they seriously believed that Trump desperate for salvation that he wasn't sure he'd receive from Pence. I'm sure they watched the debate, there is no way to think from the way he talked that he wasn't in full support of the president.
Maybe I assume to much of people.
