We think it's a shame that a chain like yours, where MANY black people eat only donate 5kr for every burger. You would do well to donate all of the profits to BLM USA!

Hello! We would love to contribute more but our profit margin has always been minimal because we want to be able to offer high quality for reasonable prices. Because of corona we haven't been able to keep all of our staff so currently we can't contribute more than that.

Sweden what the hell happened to you? Not only is a small burger restaurant raising money for blacks 6,000 kilometers away rather than donating to ANY cause close at home, and God knows Sweden has enough problems of their own to worry about, but they are donating to an organisation that has repeatedly refusde to acknowlege how they spend their money and have no tangible goals other than "fixing racism".


The response just goes to show that you can't win with these people, you are never going to make them happy.

McGruder just can't seem to catch a break with his own show given that he didn't even have creative control over it during season 4 due to disputes with Sony. I heard he was going to come back with a season 5 sometime around this year. It'll be impossible for him to keep the humor he had without trying to water it down to cater to certain people that are not fans of it.

I think the most interesting turn around in the social justice circles was how people started accusing the show show of misogynoir (sexism against black women) and declared Aaron McGruder a filthy misogynist.

Aaron probably has enough money and influence in which he could go independent but given that he's been in cahoots with AS/CN, i doubt they'll just hand over the rights to his show. If they do continue to go through with the show, they'll either just continue the show without Granddad or find another voice actor. The creators could do a full 180 and flash forward portraying Huey and Riley as adults, but then that would take away the relatable appeal; but that's the worst case scenario.
