What comes to mind is when a psycho woman whose husband is in the military (or some other profession that results in him being away for long stretches of time) lies about being pregnant only to plan on stealing a newborn or carving an unborn baby out of a pregnant woman's womb to pass off as her own.

I can't even begin to understand what simulated pregnancy means or how it works. But am I understanding that this guy spent 40 weeks doing whatever this is with the end goal of simulating a stillbirth? Because, fuck. Real mothers don't decide that, and it's pretty traumatic for people. You want that (well, a pretend one)?

I can't see the entire name of that group but is it something like Support of Mothers of [stillbirths]? That is beyond messed up, especially if it's a kink. And concering the whole "le 3d printed organs" thing, for reference this is about as far as we've gotten with any of that:

If I didn't know any better I'd call this fake, but unfortunately this is perfectly believable troon behavior right down to forcing an actual mother of a stillborn child into his little game of make-believe. Utterly disgusting, I honestly can't put into words how vile this is.

And of course the woman who complained about him was the one booted out. I remember reading in 2012 guides for FTMs, and a lot of them said: make sure not to look like a butch lesbian. No buzz cuts. Do FTMs now not get that advice? Buzz cut and short sleeve print shirt is a classic lesbian look.
