LOL, let's unpack some tidbits from the tard suit:
19. On February of 2017, Greer’s employer, a law firm, pulled him into an office and explained that they were being inundated with emails that were saying how “horrible” Greer was. One message falsely claimed Greer was using a work phone to look at pornography. Greer even received links to websites on his work email, which Greer found surprising because he had not disclosed his work email address. This all is linked back to Kiwi Farms.
That is the result of concerned citizens aware that butternut is using propriety software to stalk women. Now they likely would've never found out about this except he can't help but brag about this on faceberg. And porn? Not shocked. Dollars to donuts this freak really was using a work phone to look at porn. Doubtful that has anything to do with KEE WEES and everything to do with the firm's IT department, HR, and possibly coworkers or his boss seeing something to raise suspicion.
28. In late October of 2017, Greer was fired from his job and evicted because of the trolls on Kiwi Farms, with his landlord expressing fear that the trolls would ruin the landlord’s business, which was a gym facility. The landlord also didn’t understand the Swift situation. The trolls had already sent pizza delivery guys to the landlord’s house.
Wasn't this the gym he got fired at for following a woman into the locker room?
32. In the summer of 2017, Greer received a phone call from a separated relative who informed Greer that she no longer wanted to communicate with Greer because of all of the trash on Kiwi Farms. From Plaintiff’s understanding, the family member was upset because a person had pretended to be Greer and had posted information about this family member on various forums. However, the family member thought (and still thinks) it was Greer doing the harassing, although Greer vehemently denies ever doing such a thing. Kiwi Farms has caused family damage to Greer
LOL. I'm sure the relative has disowned the greasy gourd because of the KEE WEES and nothing to do with his shitty outlook, entitlement, and refusal to stop being a bona fide pervert and creep. No, the only familial damaged that was caused was caused by butternut himself. Epic fail.
33. Greer has struggled to find and keep jobs because of Kiwi Farms. Many employers and potential employers have came across the site and have taken the smear and the twisted narratives as fact and have thus fired and denied work to Greer. Skimming through the site himself, Greer has found many half-truths and lies about himself. Other people have looked on that website and claim that how Kiwi Farms portray him is nothing to how Greer is in person.
Because they need someone to WORK, not babysit and tard wrangle. They don't need a walking, talking, slurping, farting liability shitting up their business.

There we go! Imagine...JUST IMAGINE asking someone to stop contacting and/or "harassing" you only to have your request roundly ignored. And imagine taking to the courts to seek remedy for such unwanted "harassment" only to be told what the did IS NOT harassment. And imagine feeling "scared" because you feel you've been gaslit over it.
What really stands out to me in this litany of complaints against the "trolls," allegedly from Kiwi Farms, who have cost him jobs and housing in their attempts to ruin his life, is how unproveable they are. He offers no evidence in his Exhibits to support any of these claims, and probably has no evidence at all.
If asked to provide proof of these claims--that he was fired, evicted, or alienated from family members due to a massive, sustained harassment campaign by members of Kiwi Farms--there's no way he could do it. He'd have to subpoena everybody he mentioned to get sworn statements about what happened, and I expect each and every one of them would offer a very different version of events from what Russell claims here.
We haven't even known where he was working for most of the time his thread has been in existence, with the exception of Walmart (and we only managed to narrow it down to the specific store
after he had ragequit, and described having to walk home a certain distance). Most of the time, we've known the general nature of his work, but not the name or location of his employer, much less his company email address--and any luckless legal minion who might be given the task of combing through this entire thread during the (highly unlikely) process of discovery is going to discover just that. If any of us autists knew where he worked, they would have posted it to this thread--yet no one did. So how could we harass him at work?
Each of these claims is as legit as the ones in his
Why I Sued Taylor Swift book--they're the factual equivalent of a troll-sent computer virus causing all of the lights in the office to flicker, and other computer terminals to explode, or his lawyer friend being the victim of a car bomb.
But the big thing that stands out to me about these claims of Kiwi Farms harassment leading to lost jobs, housing, and relationships is that
they have nothing to do with his copyright infringement claim.
He's suing for copyright infringement, not civil damages due to harassment. So the only claims that belong in his complaint are how exactly we have violated his copyrights; what proveable monetary losses he has suffered as a result; and what failed attempts he has already made to make us stop, and to seek redress, before filing suit as a last resort. That we're a massive bag of assholes who try to make him look bald with Photoshop and call him cruel nicknames as we screengrab all of his social media posts and try to ruin his life may suck, but those are separate issues from the copyright infringement, and including a screenshot of a Facebook post with a laughing reaction in his Exhibits does nothing to further his copyright claim.
So quoting a Kiwi who posted his copyrighted materials here, and wrote gleefully of depriving Russell of any earnings, would be relevant to this case. But a relative who was already estranged (why, Russell?), deciding to sever contact because of the contents of his Kiwi Farms thread (which they felt justified in totally believing--why, Russell?)? Totally irrelevant.
Totally fucking irrelevant.
