I'd need the source material to review but that looks like it's in a parking lot of something.
Edit: Video posted by greengrilledcheese seems to confirm the parking lot aspect.

If there's ever a clear example why NOT to side with BLM, it's Ted Wheeler.
Ted has been on their side since Day 1, is STILL on their side deriding Trump at every turn, has given BLM free reign over the city, and they STILL WANT HIM GONE!

It looks to me like Antifa had a scuffle with them, no one was messing with the fat chick, they were in a parking lot, and as soon as she got in her car she slammed on the gas. Gotta love how when they attack just random drivers on the road though and get mowed down they act like it's another shoah.

Later video makes it seem like she then refused to get out of the car for the cops.

Thankfully the cops were already right there. The guys running after the car looked kinda silly, especially with the flags. But the driver's feeble attempt at fleeing also looked pretty silly.
