I disagree on the wanting to be rehired part. These people are out to get him, he wouldn’t go back to that. I could see him maybe asking to reprise roles of characters he played in the past should they pop up in any future sub projects, but that’s about as far as I can imagine Vic negotiating. Vic is super nice to be sure. But he’s not so nice to be stupid and jump back into the vipers den.
I fear mentioning anything positive in relation to her. I told Emspex her dog avatar was cute, and she yeeted out of here faster than @Null speeding towards drunk BBWs. I still haven't recovered from that.

No. As far as I know, the appeals court has looked at the documents, but they won't rule on anything anytime soon. And the ruling most likely won't be favorable to Vic. At least this is what some people believe (including Nick). And me.

Kinda don't want that to happen. Whether appeals go through or not there is still alot to unpack. Besides Vic the situation has opened alot of things about the VA and its only a matter of time till that gets revealed to the public. Even if the the lawsuit ends doesn't mean the sperging will. Remember that even when the lawsuit reached it verdict that huge uproar over Vic's Covid joke and Funko got enough people to bitch about. Plus there are more lies that people will keep saying on Twitter and people will make videos on this situation in the future. Also I like this subforum and don't want it to be locked. Also this subforum was made before the lawsuit even started.
And, there’s always the possibility of KV and Funimation getting high on hubris and the anime industry in the USA hitting rock bottom, reaching lows not seen since the days of “Serena” and “cousins” and 4Kids in the 90s-mid 2000s.
