Why is this even a comic? The visuals add nothing to the message and they're not even good looking. The other comics at least had excuse of being a dialogue between two characters, but this is just Sophie standing in a void talking to nobody in particular.

I'd like to hear Bill's take on Dr. John Money literally assigning David Reimer the female gender in infancy after he lost most of his penis in a botched therapeutic circumcision. David eventually killed himself.

I hate to defend him, but wouldn't a doctor messing with the genitals of a child and "assigning" it a gender based on his own beliefs be exactly the kind of thing he's talking about? The case of Money can easily be interpreted as "see, we DO TOO have inborn gender identities, and David Reimer is an example of a trans man who suffered through being assigned female".

It can be interpreted any way you like- the opposite version is to say that David was male, with a male body and a male brain controlling that body- and his actual biology told him something was wrong with the "girl" designation, not a non-existent "gender identity".
Big fat HOWEVER is that the Reimer case proves nothing either way, because Money sexually abused both David and his twin and made them simulate sex with each other, so any and all fucked-uppedness starts with him.

Judaism does have an afterlife, it's just not entirely clear what it is, other than there isn't a Hell, as such, and there is very little emphasis placed on it. Judaism is more focused on how one should behave in this world, not for a future reward or to avoid future punishment, but for its own sake.
He didn't just do that, he molested him by forcing him to engage in sex play with his brother, for incomprehensible reasons (other than that he was just a sick pervert).
