The mentally ill should be able to exist without being castrated and experimented on. Even if they're barely functional and are literally begging for the knife. Some failsafe should be in place, so that the process is stopped before a risky patient who is barely competent is able to mangle themselves in post op.

I don't have a penis, but I have heard of them fracturing before. Basically there's different chambers that make up the length of a penis. These chambers are what fill up with blood to make a penis erect. If the walls of these chambers are broken in any way, the blood can then fill areas it's not supposed to go and be very, very painful. Most of the stories I've heard of it happening involved the poor bastard that it happened to having sex at the time. Reverse Cowgirl seems to be a dangerous position.

Regardless of anyone in this thread's opinion, I feel like we can all agree that we'd gladly reanimate this woman with the souls of those open-carry diaper-troons from earlier.
We need triage at current. Eventually, let's try to keep every last one of these loons from butchering themselves, but for the moment let's let the really, really ugly ones with revolting fetishes keep at it, and maybe convince the more tame basket-cases that there's more exciting ways to be quirky and different for attention among your peers. Or that you can just crossdress and get rammed in the ass without expensive-ass body-destroying surgery, if one can learn to live without social media validation.
...maybe for triage, society should focus on people based on the amount of time they spend per day on social media.

I've wondered this myself. I have a couple of transmen acquaintances on FB, and have wondered if Roe vs Wade was overturned, would that be enough to make them realize just exactly how they can't identify out of their biology? That if abortion access is revoked, that it won't matter what they call themselves, they will still be forced to give birth to unwanted children?
Or would they just turn up the volume on screaming "MEN NEED ABORTION RIGHTS TOO!"?
I very much wish it'd be the first, but with as insane as identity culture is, I fear it will be the second.

There's two kinds of compound fractures, one where the bone is broken in two or more places and the other where the bone is protruding through the skin, even if it's only broken in one place. More or lesst there's compounding issues to deal with over just a single break. Edit: looking it up the terminology has changed. I could've sworn I was taught in one of the first aid classes that both of these were compound fractures, but now one is a compound or open fracture, and the other is just a multiple fracture. Maybe he got them confused too?
I'd assume with a penis it would mean more than one chamber being damaged.

It's got a tough, non stretchy outer sleeve. The first load of blood pumped in fills it to that limit, then any extra can only make it harder, not bigger. If you treat it too roughly when erect it's possible to tear that outer sleeve, and that's what people mean when they talk about a fractured penis. As opposed to the case of say dogs, that really do have a bone inside their penis. Because of that they can manage to penetrate without being fully erect. The subsequent attainment of full erection is what causes them to get stuck together.
Edit - I assume the compound bit, added to the psychopath means he was at some sort of gay fetish orgy (aren't all tranny 'support groups' a bit like that). The sort where they nail each others penises to planks and the like. Actually I really don't want to think how that happened, 'cos it's scary enough as it is. At least that's never going to happen to him again.

It’s a haemotoma rather than a bruise. A bruise is a rupture of small blood vessels and ‘toma is a rupture of large blood vessels.
It’s essentially just a megabruise, but if they are very swollen and there is a large volume of blood under the skin’s surface it can lanced like a boil or blister. Giant ones can be sliced into under anaesthetic. They are an unpleasant but fairly common post surgical complication, especially in that area because there are lots of blood vessels. Women can get them after a traumatic childbirth due to the same reason. They can occur as a result of head injury which can be quite dangerous, but this fella is going to be fine. He’s just being dramatic (unsurprisingly). He should’ve had some kind of warning about potential haemotomas when he signed his surgery consent form.
Here’s an NHS leaflet explaining what happens when a urologist needs to tackle a big haemotoma in theatre:

I met a ‘non-binary’ today. Now let me just say I clocked him as an FTM immediately when I saw him but didn’t know him, but 99% of people would think oh, a manlet. It was really weird. Here’s this guy looking like a construction worker in his paint stained jeans and Timberlands and talking about how he works as a contractor and then is...non-binary? Is a ‘they/them’? It was the total opposite from the usual.
He also whined that he couldn’t enter a monastery because they don’t admit non-binaries (and like...probably wouldn’t admit FTMs either). This was an Episcopal monastery, so I’m glad mainline Protestants are cracking down a little. And his home diocese wouldn’t sponsor him for the priesthood for the same reason (The Episcopal church ordains women, but clearly there’s a line being drawn).
There’s a difference between female enbies who have sex with men and those who don’t, regardless of how they look, because of the risk of pregnancy.

Why...would they want to even join a monastery? I feel like that lifelong dedication to a cause is something most people really wouldn't be able to commit to, let alone someone who thinks their gender changes day-to-day. By the time they grow out of the NB nonsense they probably won't be young enough to join a given order.
