Agreed, no Federal-level plan is the best plan.
If I recall, he only promised to repeal Obamacare, especially the mandate... and he did it, that's all I wanted on the healthcare front.
There's something onerous beyond words when you get fined (sorry, taxed) by the Government for not buying something....

He got a federal court order that hospitals have to disclose prices now and publicly compete. Trump already did more to actually fix the issues in the healthcare industry than any president in the last 30 years.
