I've talked to this Sara and I'm questioning it too. A few months ago I looked on the HER app and I'd guess there were 10-20 fake profiles in Langley just trying to catfish him.

There is at least one person catfishing him on snapchat sending me everything he posts. Yaniv is a catfish magnet and too stupid to realize people aren't attracted to him.

1 - JY vs Donald Smith. In this one Donald hadn't filed a reply yet due to covid court closure. A reply was filed but attached to another document court didn't accept it and wants the reply filed by Monday. Kari screwed up in some of this and judge got mad at her for acting like a lawyer when she isn't one. Kari is barred from acting on Donald's behalf for this case

2 - Keanan Bexte vs JY. In this one Rebel media lawyer wanted JYs counter claim removed on the basis that he didn't cite tort violations. Judge told. JY he has no hope of winning counter claim and JY said that's okay he wants to keep it on there. Judge also wants to keep the counter claim statements on file so the whole thing is being kept in the case.

Having a person like JY living in a strata is a lot like someone taking a shit in a very expensive punch bowl. I can laugh about this at a distance, but if I lived in that building as an owner I'd be pissed if JY was attracting drive-by trolling. lol.

Yeah, his antics might be funny to hear about but bloody hell I'd be livid if I had to put up with him and his mother on a near daily basis IRL.

I can't speak for anyone else here but if one ambulance makes a call to my road it's seen as a major thing, same with police/fire brigade. Chatting to someone a few days ago about the disturbances the emergency services alone must make I totted up roughly the yaniv related figures for 2020 as Covid-19 and the RCMP etc naffing him off (so he claims) seems to have put paid to his weekly police visits/ambo rides. Lord knows how many phone calls they've made to any of these that we'll never hear about.
