He's lying; he may have passed a test but the CFO wouldn't issue him a license (PAL) based on his criminal history, not to mention his psych issues. Passing the test does not mean you'll get a license. But even if he is being truthful there's no doubt the office of the chief firearms officer will soon be notified of JY's firearm related claims and ongoing criminal charges. It was incredibly dumb for him to bring this kind of attention upon himself. For those who don't live in Canada..... our current federal government and BC's provincial government are both not overly friendly to even legal gun owners (especially the feds), and they are particularly spiteful towards people who posses illegal firearms. We don't have a right to bear arms in Canada so anything firearms related is taken almost too seriously. JY's gun comments are the kind of statements that will trigger a legitimate police investigation - there's no question in my mind the RCMP are aware and looking into this. He's opening a huge can of worms here. If he keeps it up this firearms fiasco has the potential to turn into his biggest mistake yet. It's a big deal up here and many legal normal gun owners are bitter about the second class treatment.... JY won't stand a chance when the cops come sniffing.

Hambeast may have indeed taken and passed both the PAL and RPAL courses - doesn't mean that the feds will issue one to him. Y'all might want to have a gander at this - note the requirements to receive and keep a PAL/RPAL. Also note the penalty for a prohib weapons charge automatically doubles if you are a PAL/RPAL holder.

(2) In determining whether a person is eligible to hold a licence under subsection (1), a chief firearms officer or, on a reference under section 74, a provincial court judge shall have regard to whether the person, within the previous five years,
- (a) has been convicted or discharged under section 730 of the Criminal Codeof
- (i) an offence in the commission of which violence against another person was used, threatened or attempted,
- (ii) an offence under this Act or Part III of the Criminal Code,
- (iii) an offence under section 264 of the Criminal Code (criminal harassment),
- (iv) an offence relating to the contravention of subsection 5(1) or (2), 6(1) or (2) or 7(1) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, or
- (v) an offence relating to the contravention of subsection 9(1) or (2), 10(1) or (2), 11(1) or (2), 12(1), (4), (5), (6) or (7), 13(1) or 14(1) of the Cannabis Act;
- (b) has been treated for a mental illness, whether in a hospital, mental institute, psychiatric clinic or otherwise and whether or not the person was confined to such a hospital, institute or clinic, that was associated with violence or threatened or attempted violence on the part of the person against any person; or
- (c) has a history of behaviour that includes violence or threatened or attempted violence on the part of the person against any person.
Also, what kinds of guns would be legal under this? Like in California there are different laws for handguns and long guns. And what's allowed as far as semis? I can't see our boy racking a shotgun or working the bolt on a rifle; he might chip a nail.

Wow, this is excellent news, this is the girl that he was supposed to be engaged to, she has found out she has been catfished. She sounds highly intelligent and extremely angry and protective of both herself and her daughter. I think he picked the wrong family to cross.
I see the low cunt is trying his usual disgusting tactics, he can't catfish her and she wants nothing to do with him, they have never met but now he is threatening to have her sick daughter taken off her and he is also threatening her with a gun.
I'm not real big on the law in Canada but I can assure you that his gun threats are illegal, it is a criminal offense and Yaniv needs to be arrested and charged for this. The girl in question also needs to get an immediate restraining order against Yaniv.
