For real though, when was the last blatant premeditated political assassination we've had in the US? I know there have been some heat-of-the-moment shit, but this was a straight up political assassination in the middle of a city street.
 
Self defense applies to cops too, you idiots.

I don't care if the only crime someone has ever committed was stealing some M&Ms. You pull a gun on a cop lawfully giving you an order, you give up your right to maintain your current amount of bodily orifices.

In other words a New York Livery Car plowed through a pack of protesters. Which is a daily occurrence in New York. They run people down on the Sidewalk. Vice reporters are famously retarded with opsec. One got John McAfee arrested and deported by some cops in Guatemala because the reporter decided to take a selfie in the backyard of McAfee's hideout, write that he's interviewing McAfee, and then uploaded the selfie to twitter without removing the EXIF data. iirc, McAfee was on the run for a while because of Vice and ended up being deported to Belize. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same situation again.

The way I read it, the Feds were there all day, he pulled up and got out with an AR and started shooting at the Feds.

They returned fire when he ran out of ammo.

Victim survived, he was out of the hospital within 1-2 days. The head kicker eventually turned himself in, but AFAIK the rest of his crew hasn't been arrested.

(I re-watched the video to grab those screenshots, and it's still viscerally sickening how many times the others kicked or punched him in the head. I still want those assholes hauled off to jail, or preferably, to get the Reinoehl treatment.)

I hate to generalize, but... the black mugshots I've seen have been for looting or physical assault. The head-kicking guy was black. The idiots who filmed themselves looting Chicago (jackets and ATM machine) were all black.

Part of the reason they aren't getting arrested for protesting is that call you hear at all the marches: "white bodies to the front! Protect the BIPOC!" And the idiots do it. And they get arrested first.

Tim Pool had Pacific Northwest (actual Journalist) Drew Hernandez on tonight and they were talking about The shooter doing the Vice Interview. Tim started talking about a conspiracy theory that video showed a Black Charger shadowing the shooter. That seemed to get Hernandez's attention. He says there has been a particular Black Charger seen at all the Riots. Definitely a Rioter Friendly vehicle. I'm wondering if that is the much vaunted "Security Squad"?

And the last blatant premeditated assassination attempt that made it to the point of execution, if not success was the Congressional Baseball Shooter. Yet another over the hill Bernie Bot Antifa.

Fair. I guess my concern is more around my expectation that they will milk his death for all it's worth as proof of solidarity between "right wing" groups and law enforcement. Eh, the only thing that was lost here was an easier opportunity to find out who his wannabe death squad comrades were. If he had been taken in alive the narrative would just become 'So the police can take in someone alive they think is a dangerous antifa supersoldier terrorist (but he's not, he's a good comrade who dindu nuffin and murdered a fascist in self-defense!) but Jayquan gets shot in the back 200 times for having skittles and iced tea?' 'Nooooo you can't just kill an armed fugitive wanted for murder because he was one of ours!' is something that doesn't play as well as the insufferable Black Lives Matter narrative we're getting with Kyle being taken in alive. I'd be seriously doubting a Portland jury or DA would be able to convict this guy anyway.
