They're also trying to be gay men, or to get in their pants, so they don't have as much incentive to be aggressive towards them. It still happens, but it's less vitriolic than their aggression towards women who refuse to be handmaids. I've seen them trying to be stereotypically catty to gay men, though, but it usually comes off as forced.
BL manga has evolved a lot since the early giant hands rapey days and lately better ones are getting adapted into anime as well like Doukyuusei and Given. I don't think the rapeyness of the older ones has much to do with entitlement, though.
