Lori Lightfoot was at least honest about not wanting a communist summer of love in her neighborhood. They have long term planning, it's just that reality and people having free will keeps getting in the way of their scheming when they actually commit to some for of long term planning.
They bet EVERYTHING on Russiagate but couldn't stick the landing because Trump fought them tooth and claw and the fact that they didn't have a 100% lockstep hold on the media/internet to silence everyone who poked holes in the Russiagate coup scheme.
Ukrainegate was a literal hail mary move because they had brainwashed most of the left base into thinking "don't worry, we'll kick Trump out of office so he doesn't serve his full term" and when Russiagate fell apart, they had to deliver SOMETHING impeachment-wise to taint Trump even achieve the Pyrich "Trump will go down in history as having been impeach" victory they garnered.
See also the theory about electing Biden then immediately replacing him with Harris. To max out Harris's potential Presidential terms (two terms plus the last two years of Biden's term) they have to wait at least two years into Biden's Presidency to do so. But the left know that Biden's health is dire and they'd rather have a controlled removal, preferably after having Biden spam executive orders dismantling everything Trump did and greenlighting everything the neoliberals want and whatever lunatic left shit that the neolibs are willing to let see the light of day then remove him once the backlash hits so they can have him take all of the blame and "protect" Harris, even though she'll most likely have a role in writing up everything Biden does given his condition.
Perry's not had a hit in ages. She peaked around 2014-15, which is one of the reasons she's got such a hate boner for Taylor Swift (who is more popular than she is).
Wheeler is doing this shit because he knows' he's "unfuckable". Democrats control Portland top to bottom to such a degree that Republicans don't even bother trying to fight to get their people elected. And Wheeler's aided by the fact that Portland has a low voter turn out in actual elections and that the real "contest" is always the primaries, where if Wheeler DOES have an opponent, it's a batshit insane commie lefty so fucking insane that Wheeler immediately becomes the "moderate" choice for the Democrats in comparison.

Ah Taylor, I still dont understand what happened that made her such a Dem supporter. I still remember everyone in the media calling her out stating that she was a secret "Republican" and how anti feminist and racist she was. She was the "Aryan Queen". Still remember one of her MV was deemed racist for not having any people of color in it. I liked that she kept quiet about her politics, but overnight she just went political out of nowhere. Sad really.

I actually like the song. My autistic self likes to think the song is about a girl who is witnessing college indoctrination into progressive views firsthand. The lyrics go between her speaking, the students and teachers speaking who've been "indoctrinated" and telling her how to feel. Skip Marleys verse is the media telling them how terrible the world is and rioting is the only way to get what they want. In the end, she questions whether this path is right for her.
If you actually listen to the song in that way, it's pretty enjoyable.

RE: Swift: Scooter Braun got money from Soros to buy Big Machine Records, Taylor's former label. They own the rights to all her music. So she can't re-release it and rank in the dosh. Only BMR can do it. Apparently Taylor and her father missed the meeting that allowed Scooter to buy the label. If they attended, they might have been able to prevent it from happening. So Taylor is suddenly dem because they might give the masters to her. Or they told her "Unless you play ball with us, you'll never get your masters back."

Masters = Master recordings. Back in the day, record labels owned the tapes songs were recorded, the mix downs of albums, and the audio copyright for the songs/albums. Most artists now of days licenses their masters to the labels instead of joining a label and the label owning the masters. They did this in return for paying for promotion and studio time. Now of days, its cheap as fuck to make a super professional recording in the comfort of your own home for under $2k. Hardware and Software included. Studios still exists because they can have great acoustics that make certain sounds way better. Like drums.
