I was confused at first wondering whether people were now also identifying as electronic appliances, but it is shorthand for Transwoman (Vrouw = woman). He had “curves” as he was chunky, but he was really struggling to walk those heels... and that ass had no womanly curves when viewed from more candid angles. Imagine the face like Divine sans the make up, save a very simple eyeliner.
The Starbucks in the shoppingcenter adjacent was also a wild gaggle of rainbow people, including a very courteous albino troon with blond/bleached? hair with flat spacebuns on her head complete with Fran Drescher voice, def. a HST. She was very charismatic though, despite working in a fucking Starbucks that was crowded.
