Guys who did this will probably get prosecuted, but what else can you expect people do when cops abandon people to have rioters smash everything around them. Its not lawful to use deadly force in Wisconsin to defend property, but I think these guys have a solid self defense argument, given the throwing of rocks and the fact that just the night before places were getting torched, yeah.
Wisconsin is a castle doctrine state, thankfully.
