Fact of the matter is that Russhole could be the tennest ten who ever tenned, sexiest stud alive, but he would still be an ugly, repulsive person who will never find a true, loving, happy relationship. Sure, he might not have to pay for sex all the time like he does now, but that's only because there are shallow women who only care about looks and sex just as much as Russ does. But they tend to be just as damaged as Russ is as well and rarely ever find love and happiness either. It's been shown time and time again with many examples of guys with physical conditions just like Russ (or worse) who are able to find love and happiness (and even sex without paying for it!) because they're decent, warm, caring people who have good personalities and care about the important things in a relationship. Their primary and sole concern isn't looks and sex. They're whole, healthy people unlike Russ, who is broken and severely ill.

I know the popular theory for Russ "being Russ" is that his parents were coddling, overly indulgent, overly enabling, and sheltered him to an unhealthy degree. But we have virtually zero insight into his childhood or how his parents raised him aside from the few comments Russ has made. And while it's a reasonable assumption to think this was the case, we have no proof and there are plenty of people whose parents didn't raise them in such a manner who turned out to be shitty people just like Russ. Some people are just born broken.

We will likely never know the truth about how the Greers raised Russ, but I'm of the opinion that his parents weren't the enabling, coddling helicopter parents some assume they were. When I first started following Russ I actually did assume that they were that way, but my view changed the more I learned about him. Many of the comments Russhole has made regarding his relationship with his parents like "they're always pushing me" or his mother being "cold" and so on lead me to think that they actually did try to raise him with reasonable boundaries, discipline, realistic expectations, and morals. I mean, sure, I'm sure there were times where they were too soft or enabling given circumstances, like any parent can be. No parent is perfect, and it can be really hard to approach a situation critically when you know your child is hurting. But I don't think they're the reason Russhole has an unrealistically high opinion of himself and what he deserves in life. But, again, until someone who has known Russ since childhood and were witness to the Greers' parenting tactics firsthand comes to our little corner of the internet to give us all the details, the situation will be left to our imaginations.

Autistic children can be incredibly stubborn, and they can wear down parents who are not prepared to be equally stubborn. Usually this just means that the parents will give in and spoil the kid with bribes, but Russ is the sort of person who even as a kid could inspire actual hatred in a parent. The most likely version of events is as you said, that Russ is simply such a narc that he perceives being told no as hatred. A guy like that who takes care of himself, eats well, grooms himself, invests in decent hair and skincare products, and wears custom tailored Hugo Boss or Armani suits that each cost more than Russ makes in half a year or more...and on top of that has a pleasant personality, good sense of humor, and cares about the people in his life can get women no problem. It does make sense, actually. He thinks just by going to the gym and doing fuck all, it's enough for him to think himself fit, the rest is easy, since it's just gel and a suit and since he sees eveything he does as the best there is, he thinks he looks god.
