I don't think she has ever said anything about weight loss surgery. Just a plan to see a (presumably non-surgical) weight loss specialist in September. Which of course is an excuse to go all out binging on eating out and sodium-filled grocery hauls, because in September she'll finally find the doctor who has the secret diet that melts the weight right off with no change to her eating or exercise habits!

Meanwhile, buys a new camera (because you know, all the cool kids are buying the ZV-1) and does not really know how to use it so it must be worse than the old camera. Smh
