It's not about the body, it's about the self. We've seen troons who're definitely able to get it if they wanted pre-transitions. We've seen muscular and fit troons with crimson chin level of jawlines. The problem is what's in their head and what comes out of their mouth. All of them; be they the mythical 'true troons', fetishists, AGP, or transtrenders usually have other personality disorders or are just generally shit people lacking in empathy, critical thinking skills, realistic expectations and common sense. They're the sort of people you talk to for five minutes and realize you've made a terrible mistake engaging with them. It's not just the body that's repulsing people pre-transition; a lot of them are trying to run away from themselves instead of fixing their personality flaws and getting their mental illness properly treated because that takes a lot of time, effort, failures, and setbacks.
If you have a fat troon who claims to be a lesbian and they hit up the gym they aren't getting more feminine either and heterosexual women aren't exactly scoping out the clear crazy dude wearing ill-fitting women's work out clothing and bad makeup.
These people want a magical wand that turns them into their cutie big tiddy anime gf and they've somehow convinced themselves that hormones and surgeries do this, when they really end up looking like the discards of the butcher shop.

All of those just remain online personas, they're not demanding people to accept their character as "the real them"
Also japan has a huge idol/seiyuu industry, while there are some that are men with voice modulators, vtubers have become just another part of its otaku industry.

The joke being that "an egg has a chick on the inside'".
They later retconned the joke to also include FTM by changing it to "an egg has a chick/a cock on the inside". It doesn't work as well, but FTM have always been the troon community's afterthought so no one cares.

"Egg" means a trans person (usually a trans woman) who hasn't fully realized that they're trans. "Cracking your egg" means coming out to yourself. The idea is that a person always was trans, somehow, in their essence, on the inside, making the whole thing a journey of self-discovery.
For examples of the weird ideas surrounding eggs, see Kevin Gates' thread and his interactions with his orbiters, especially mode_view. Also check out r/traaa which is populated by disaffected teenage boys, and teenage girls who wish grown men would stop hitting on them.

Who wants to bet her "husband" is another girl LARPing as a man? Plenty of women and some gay men are willing to stay when their spouses troon out, but I honestly can't see a straight man deciding to stick with his obese tit-chopped fakeboi wife.

Although that "I won't kill myself until the second surgery" does not fill me with confidence for his life expectancy. Hopefully he pushes the sycophants away before it's too late.

I'm sure most would leave once he go the chop, but some seem willing to at least try to make things work if their husband/boyfriend's "transition" is limited to crossdressing and using a different name. There was a troon the thread was talking about a few months ago(cannot remember his name unfortunately) who was in a similar situation.
Good to hear he's alive, but I wonder if his relief will be short lived. Troons lead miserable lives, and much of the time the only thing that propels them onwards and away from the rope is looking forward to the next step in their transition- the next surgery, upping their hormone dose, learning how to apply makeup and contour so they can finally hide their manface, etc. Their happiness is based on their perception that they're on their way to finally becoming a real woman, but eventually the realization that it's a goal they'll never be able to reach hits them; they're never going to be a woman, no matter how many surgeries they get, how much makeup they pack onto their face every morning, or even if they have some quack cut up their dicks to fashion an ersatz vagina out of it.Good news everyone, Sharkboy is alive and kicking!

Last time sharkboy was posted someone pointed out that one of his final posts was him worrying over whether or not he'd been clocked at a midsummer celebration. He's completely "post transition" was passing well enough, at least to the point where he wasn't obviously just a guy in a dress, but even then all he could think about was whether or not someone had managed to see through his ruse while everyone else was having fun during the celebration. They know they're still men no matter how many handmaidens tell them how beautiful and womanly they look, and living a lie is no way to live at all.
I genuinely hope this surgery is successful and improves his QOL, but I doubt it'll do much to improve his mental state in the long term. That, and fauxgina revision surgeries don't exactly seem to have the best track record (see: Jaron Bloshinsky/Jazz Jennings).

IIRC, Sharkie mentioned that they didn't have much to work with when it came to genitals, so my guess is that they did the sort of "experimental" surgery using colon tissue. I don't see the second surgery working out well, even if I wish them the best in all honesty since the story is just tragic more than anything else.
