I've said that "I'm a pretty okay guy" about myself. I've probably asked people if they thought i was a nice guy, though
 
In my experience anyone standing across from me saying "I'm a nice guy!" or "I'm one of the nice ones!" is saying it in defence of some shitty behaviour... or being extremely incel-pissy that I won't fuck them (shitty behaviour).

You'll get more pussy saying 'occasionally I'm a piece of shit, but I won't fuck around and I'll at least make you laugh.'
 
I know when I am Definitely Not Mad about something, I also spend hours posting about it on Facebook.
 
If I had a dime for everyone of his "I'm going to write a movie/song/book/lawsuit/blog/video game/pamphlet about..." posts where he didn't follow through, I'd have enough for a dinner out. It must be terrible so want attention that bad, and getting it only from us. I am sure there will be a lawsuit from when he decides he went on Grindr needing attention because we ruined his life.

We do very little petting of the bamboon, we just document. If anything I'd imagine a court would find it helpful to have the evidence all in one place.

The closest I get is saying that I TRY my best to be a good guy/person, but it's always immediately followed up with "but I realize that I fail sometimes because no one is perfect and I'm as fallible as anyone else". I try my best to keep my humility intact and keep things in perspective.
 
I can't wait until Russ gets his suit tossed when Congressional immunity gets brought up. You can't sue a member of Congress for not doing something. They have discretion to carry out their duties as they see fit. He'll probably get a background check run on him by the Capitol Police to see if he's an actual threat or a harmless weirdo.

Russhole reminds me a lot of this tranny I went to college with. Nobody liked her, because she was motherfucking OBNOXIOUS and had zero self-awareness and social skills, not because she's trans. But she had internalized this "I'm trans so therefore I'm persecuted" mentality so deeply that every negative encounter with someone else became more validation of her victim complex. People like her rob themselves of the opportunity to do this hard thing called self-reflection that allows you to learn and grow up and emerge from your young-adult years as less of a shithead. But because she's spent her life leaning so heavily on this victim crutch, I wouldn't be surprised if she's still at home raging on tumblr about the monsters she sees in every shadow.

Russ is a good guy as long as you give him what he wants. The minute you don't bow to his whims, he shows his true colors. He's shown this pattern repeatedly.

Here's my summary:

  • He used spoof numbers to message her.
  • After this, the emails picked up and this is when the threats began.
  • He knew where she lived, despite her not giving him this information.
  • He said she needed "to meet him and a mediator".
  • (Russell is out of shot for all of this, unfortunately. I can only imagine his reaction)
  • She doesn't want other women to go through this, notes that Russell has done this to other women.
  • Russell threatened to kill himself if she wouldn't respond.
  • Meana notes that her office has had "a long history with Russell" and notes that "if Russell doesn't get what he wants he sues them".
  • Meana says she wishes to make this obvious to the court, and that they want Russell to get help.
  • The judge asks Meana if what they want is a treatment element to the punishment as well as an extension on the probation period. She says yes.
  • The court complains about the way the deal was filed, since Erika was absent, and if they should bring the deal back before the court anew.
  • Defence is up, they complain about us (no namedrop, sadly) saying "we are proponents against [Russell]" and were "jamming the system" and prevented Erika from getting in, which was something Erika apparently alleged Russell did to try and prevent her from testifying. Gailey says we have "extreme animosity towards [Russell]". His defence for Russell is that "the only way to get things in the world is to sue", you can really tell this guy is an American.
  • He says that Russell felt he had a friend in Erika and his shock is what caused his behaviour, and that he has not messaged her since charges have been brought. He mentions the "very extreme online postings" about Russell. He excuses Russell's past behaviour by saying it was about ticket prices or something..? This part was hard to follow, basically he's trying to spin Russell's Taylor Swift / Ariana Grande suits as matters of services not being rendered, rather than being motivated by his warped view of women.
  • The Judge says the court does not follow social media, and again mentions Based Skordas, saying that it "became clear and obvious that it was not the Greg Skordas [he] was familiar with" and that he doesn't know if people are "pro or anti Greer" - cast your votes in the replies below lmao.
  • Judge says the court did sense that a treatment element was missing from the last hearing, and now that Erika has testified, they want to add that treatment element.
  • They discuss the plea to advance, and that it needs to be re-calibrated with what has just been heard. They decide to discuss it privately. There are no objections to this.

I think you are very confused. She literally said that Spring of this year was almost a year after Russell first contacted her. Meaning he first contacted her in 2019.

Where are you getting 2017 from?

Also if you go through the Erika texts, you really don't want to make "I'm a nice guy!" into a drinking game. You'll end up with organ failure.

I have enough self awareness to know that I can be an uncaring asshole sometimes, but I do enough for the sake of others to let my actions speak for themselves. Seems a lack of that same self awareness is common among lolcows.

It'd be easier if he just cut out all the middlemen and shoot himself in the foot. If I had a jury trial coming up with the same charges he does, the last thing I'd want to do is draw more eyes to a place that documented years of my online history.
