He demanded that the manager for the strip club where the stripper blocked him sit down and talk to him too. That never happened because it was clear he was expecting sex, and prostitution is illegal in Utah, so the stripper could easily say she blocked him for soliciting an illegal act. He had no grounds for a lawsuit anyway, because he was paying for her time, which she gave him. She blocked him when it was clear he expected her to fuck him in exchange for his "gifts." He's run into that wall since then too. He thinks all women who use their appearance to earn money are selling sex, they're just showing off the goods first. That's why he's banned from several strip clubs in SLC. It's why he harasses girls on instagram too. Remember the young woman who dresses as a mermaid for little girls' bday parties? He messaged her for something, and she didn't respond because he's not the father of a little girl, and thus she had no reason to respond to him. He gave her a bad review on a review site, but she managed to get it removed. I'm guessing she pointed out he wasn't a customer and was never going to be one, so he had no business leaving a review at all.

Imagine getting banned from strip clubs for giving strippers "gifts" and then expecting sex? What a piece of shit. Also, that's such a beta way to get yourself banned from a skin joint. If Erika's BF Chad were to get kicked out of a strip club it would be because he threw quarters at the strippers.

You'd be amazed at how many guys think they just have throw money at them and get laid. Yes, some strippers do sell sex, but they have to feel you out first to make sure you're not a cop or a serial killer.

Please judge, please throw this man's crazy ass in jail. Maybe six months ago I was skeptical that he was capable of harming someone, but I think he gets closer to it every day. Anything that he says in regards to women is never "just a joke."

Correct. When he said it should be a felony for women to refuse a disabled man's(him) advances, he meant it. He later backtracked and said he was just being shocking to prove a point, but his behavior shows he thinks the law should require women to fuck him if he so desires. It's not just sex he feels entitled to, he wants something handed to him that many people try their entire lives to get and fail at. I hope Erika does get that restraining order and a gun, because if Russ tries something, if she has to shoot him, having an RO will bolster a claim of self defense.

I wonder if this guy thinks the law is a good substitute for a personal moral compass? He keeps treating it like this malleable thing, as if he could change it to his own standard so he's not the bad guy.

You’re right. The transcription of the court call comment says:

“Erika refers to her 10 page statement. She details her interactions:
In Spring, almost a year after first contact, he continued to try and message her, she didn't respond.”

That would line up with the timeframe you stated.

What is the “court call comment” and when is it dated? The first time Rusty mentioned Erika on FB, and the first time we heard about her, was August 2019 in this post:

Of course, he doesn't actually show the alleged 13 texts, he just wants us all to assume they are from this Erika's boyfriend AND that they are somehow offensive. He doesn't show his messages to Erika either (most likely because he was a creep and/or threatened her like he has so many other women when they wouldn't suck him his penis).
