I'm going to argue that we actually HAVE seen Russhole at his best. He's just such a shitty person that there is little-to-no difference between his "best" and his "worst". Yeah, this isn't the first time he's given one of these fucking fake apologies. Every time it's the same thing: Russ makes vague apologies about non-specific "mistakes" he's made and "people" he inadvertently offended. Majority of the "apology" is really about how he's a victim who was provoked and it really isn't his fault anyways because he's disabled. Lots of guilt tripping and avoiding any accountability for his actions. Same bullshit, slightly different wording.

Russell seriously cannot grasp the fact that the reason why people are against him isn't because of false rumors about him or anything, people hate him because of the things he says and does.
