the reason i say this is because there are two reasons i could see someone change like this. 1. she was always like this and hid it from you and/or you were just blinded by love 2. she has had some traumatic experience recently and this is why she is acting out. and i am really going for the 1st option

It might be hard for you to bring yourself to think about this whole situation clearly, but the people in this thread have a clarity of perspective about the whole thing that you'll never have. On top of that, a lot of us here have probably been through the same kind of denial that's only fresh to you right now. That's why it's more obvious.
The decisions Faith is making now are from the same Faith she's always been. The only difference is that now she has a level of freedom she didn't have when she was still in school, and that freedom is letting her express her impulses more purely than she ever could have before. Even if you are some emo kind of guy, you'll still never be as mentally turbulent as a girl like this. You related to her only because she restrained herself whenever she was opening up to you. Think about all the times you might have been self-conscious and held back on telling something to her, but multiply however bad that was by 100x. It was years of that, of the stuff she calculated you would be okay with. All that's left for you to look forward to is the bad, even if it's in the form of a "friendship".
Think of her like she's Patrick Bateman in American Psycho, but instead of Bateman hiding that he's the kind of guy who's secretly a serial killer, she's hiding that she's the kind of girl who could performatively have sex with Ethan Ralph. Which is arguably a lot worse. This is the true her, and you'll have to put that out of your mind for as long as you hope to salvage anything with her. It's doomed to fail, if it ever kicks off again at all.
