Women in this society traditionally just work inside home cooking, making baskets and cleaning, while men are free to walk outside. Also they are considered impure while they menstruate, so having these effeminate men doing women's chores comes handy for at least a week each month. As it turns out, these guys usually end up being alcoholic and prostitutes and have high suicide rates.

You know, teenage-me would be surprised at adult-me. I've gone from someone who was very anti-religion to someone who believes there are people, probably the majority actually, who need it to live happy, fulfilling lives. So I have to agree with you here. Church, spiritual practice, mental health checkups, they all provide social relationships and guidance separate from friends and family.

So neovagial sex is painful for them. I’m not surprised. I believe they may have a fistula between the intestines and neovagina (or maybe they simply just don’t clean it) as one of the most common ways to get a UTI is that traces of ecoli get into the urinary tract and cause an infection. UTIs are very painful and make sex nearly impossible.

This kind of appropriating Amerindian stuff infuriates me. To my knowledge berdaches were very low status (notice a common thread across human societies is that anything that could be considered "transgender" is historically very low status, at least until troons started infiltrating IT), and gender is NOT a "colonialist" concept considering how we have 1500-2000 years of history in Africa, the Middle East, India, China, etc and we can see that they usually had gender roles, gender expectations, two sexes, and the women who appropriated the roles of men were considered to be historical aberrations. The Bible even says that people who are ruled by women are cursed, and I don't think Jews/Hebrews 2500 years ago were "colonialized" (except maybe by Hellenistic Greeks and Syrians, but that's a whole different kettle of fish).

Basically, white troon, you are not a "two spirit," your cultural heritage is more in line with a French travesti or someone in a London "molly house".

Interesting thing about all the third genders around the world troons like to talk about is that 9 out of 10 those genders are only available for men. You'd think that if third genders were so natural they would occur in both female born and male born people, but nope, somehow they occur most in male born people who are feminine or gay and who live in cultures with strict gender roles and homophobia.

And even the third genders for females like the sworn virgins of albania, they seem to occur in special cases like the female wanting to escape arranged marriage or when she has to take care of the family and house since there is no men to do that, kinda funny for such a natural thing to occur in such special situations, you'd think since it's so natural and not tied to culture or social constructs that some lone woman who wasn't in those situations could become a sworn virgin too?

same thing in the west too. if third genders are so natural, why are nonbinaries and other genderspecials always from the same political back grounds? you have homosexual and bisexual people who are conservatives, racists, right wing, and so on, because being gay or bi occurs in people naturally, you could have someone living in stray island and they could still be gay or bi, but somehow I feel like people wouldn't be nonbinary if they hadn't heard it from the internet. if being nonbinary is natural and not just some trait tied to specific political ideas, where are the right wing enbies and agenders and other people?

For FtMs, you have a good chance of passing after three or four years, especially if you start as a young adult. All it takes is testosterone and moderate exercise. Not being 5'2" helps a lot, as well.

For MtFs, in order to pass you have to hit the genetic lottery, start transition early, shave, get lasered, get multiple invasive surgeries, train your voice, obsess over fashion choices, obsess over your mannerisms and social habits, on and on and on. People will be more polite about your obvious maleness as you get more feminine, but they'll still notice. Inside the next fifty years, we're not going to have any medical advancements that can change that.

A sad fact: many of the HSTS troons who get a neovagina can't even engage in anal sex anymore because of pain, abundant scar tissue and chronic infections in the stink ditch. And yes, they can't even catch the interest of chasers anymore, since they can't fulfill the "dickgirl" fantasy anymore. When this dawns on them, it's 41% or giving up on sex and dating altogether.

In 20 years this generation will be old. Riddled with health problems as a result of these frankenstien-esque experiments. The subject of studies on how awful this was to allow. Their plastic surgery will turn to cottage cheese. They won't be young and 'pretty' anymore. They'll be jaded, finally break down, you'll be seeing tell all drama memoirs on the troon cult and how it ruined all these lives.

Contrary to what this thread purports it's incredibly unlikely that this will be improved upon. They're a small blip of a population. The only reason there will be advancements will be if it's something else repurposed, not because medicine or science is purposely seeking it out. There's diseases out there with much larger percents of the population affected that are much more lucrative to development treatment for.
