There is a long list of aftercare required when you have breast augmentation. Doctors will highly recommend you massage the breasts and move the implants to stop the area from "hardening" the implant into a weird place. Because its a foreign object inside your body, your body will attempt to grow tissue around the implant to keep it in place, since the body thinks the implant will "move around" inside the body. This tissue is what contorts bad boob jobs, as the tissue can push the breast implant into a weird looking shape or area of the breast. I'd say the ripple effect is probably caused by a lack of aftercare.

She should also be using more supportive bra's that are designed for post-breast augmentation. They support the muscle around the breast. Because she is not doing this, the breast is drooping and sagging already. When you go from a flat chest to a large chest like Anisa did, it's super common for females to also forget that there is a different level of "upkeep" for flat chests vs larger chests. A flat chested female can be braless nearly all the time and have it not affect her. A large chested female needs to wear a bra almost all the time, to prevent premature sagging (all breasts sag eventually due to age in some capacity regardless of breast size). To help visualise this, here is a great example of a female who went from flat chest to a relatively large chest, and is NOT experiencing the "sagging" seen in Anisa's breasts. These pictures show a well-done breast augmentation, and good upkeep from the patient afterwards.
