Kamala couldn’t even deliver or win her Home state in the Primary. As the sitting Senator. She brings nothing to the ticket. She’s only there because she was the stealth establishment pick, and they are trying to sneak her in via Biden going bye bye after the election. She’s actually more unlikable than Hillary. Which is impressive.

Thing is, Tulsi's still pretty far to the left to have too much crossover appeal, but just by being able to pass for a sane person with some measure of charisma it does have some appeal. Almost like Trump's trying guide the current political realignment into make a party of people who actually seem to give a shit about America instead of just selling it to the Chinese bit by bit.
I'm also not going kick Tulsi out of the political bed for eating political crackers in it. She is politician attractive, and maybe Trump wants a party of good looking people for the future.

THey were already going to vote against Trump. This isn't going to get any extra people on board that weren't already on board since Nov. of 16' , the TDS-inflicted would vote for a potted plant over Trump, as long as it was the Democratic nominee.
This doesn't help, and only scares off uneasy democrats who see this is a blatant end-run to put a woke POC wah-men in the White House without having to win those pesky pleb elections that can't be trusted.... and an UNPOPULAR one at that.
For every 1 meager person who was undecided but now is for Joe because of this, 10 who weren't sure or were lukewarm on blue are now running for the hills.

A handful of independents who hated Hillary and went for Trump out of desperation. Or who are fed up with BLM and don't like Trump's handling of it. Kanye West launched his campaign when he heard Trump hid in a bunker, which is a dumb interpretation of what happened, but we're going on night #80 of riots so the sentiment isn't random.
Is this a sizeable chunk of the country? Maybe, maybe not, but Trump's margins in some states were thin enough to make them a concern. The polls show his approval ratings dip in the last few months came from independents, which he won in 2016 by 5 points over Clinton.
Harris hurts Biden's numbers in CA, of course, but you could cut Hillary's CA votes by 1/3 and still win the state without spending a single dollar there.
