Sounds like she is having a good time, she is speaking very fondly of her dad, which is interesting given his Twitter fight with Ralph and Ralph using allegations of abuse to drive a wedge between them publicly (for his own benefit of course). If she has reconciled with her father she needs to consider how Ralph has treated him, and what kind of man that makes him vs her dad who just wanted her home.

Yeah my guess is she will go back. And Ralph is desperate enough for her to return just to own the Farms that it might even manifest itself into him treating her nice for a little while. It'll revert back to normal though and Faith will recall how nice that weekend with her parents was.

Is that Dragonstare1 guy her ex? Seems to like anything she posts.
It reads very hyperbolic. Parents keeping her without sleep and showering? Not likely, at least not parents who then travels to DC to spend time with her.
I can imagine the sleep depravation torture being her sleeping from 5 am to 4 pm or something and her parents not having it and forcing her up before noon. The shower thing is probably just that she use the bathroom as a place to be herself/hide, especially if chores are on the menu.
