I'll bring that up to @Null or @Alan Pardew if I see either of them somewhere. I had also sort of brought up how a general cartoon sperg topic in Lolcow could work given the kinds of people that commonly are on YouTube who happen to be obsessed with that shit.

Have @Jumpin Jenkins and @NostalgiaJazzAdmirer improved in posting ability enough to the point where banning them would just be counter productive? Are they too much fun to pick on to ban? Or did the mods just get lazy?

You know what I think? I think that this thread, the main Growing Around thread, and the threads about Enter's videos (maybe also the Nayolfa, AnimatedJames, and 03bgood threads) are the most interesting threads in this board, and also the only ones I even bother going to, post in and/or stalk. Maybe this board will be better off if it has only those types of threads, and new thread creation attempts up for pre-review by the mods before they get posted or rejected, making this board a relatively cleaner place without all that muck.
(on a related note, are most people who voted "kill the Enter board" actually frequenters of the Enter board, or outsiders who just want to see the place die? If the latter, this might explain a lot)

I know I'll miss it. This place was pretty fun, besides a few hiccups here and there.
Yeah, and you know what? "A few hiccups here and there" should not be enough to ruin an entire experience on a board and cause it to shut down. It's the good times that keep us together in the end.
And you know, I have seen worse forums that are practically shitholes compared to this mere board. This board is pretty tame in comparison.

As of now, its in some sort of awkward limbo phase. Some stuff is already being archived, so I wouldn't be surprised if the subforum was re-consolidated back to one thread on Lolcow.

What, no option for "all of the above"? Because given his own works, Enter can't seem to get any form of humor right.
As for the state of the forum, I'm not entirely sure what's going on with it. I think it's only staying up until they get things all straightened out or something.
