That's the thing about trooning out later in life. HRT is only gonna do a few things when you're in your thirties (if you're mtf). Make your voice a little higher, give you a very small amount of breast tissue, kill your sex drive and make you gain a lot of weight. Mainly gain weight. Not that he needed any help in that last department. Oh, and greatly increase your risk of cancer. But it's nothing that exorbitant amounts of cosmetic surgery can't solve, right? Just look at Kevin.
