I don't think she could land Bibi in her current state, even if he was desperate for citizenship. While she was still pretty fat back when they got together, she was nowhere near the mess she is now. She actually worked, was 150 or so pounds lighter and likely more socially adjusted (as much as Chantal could ever be) since she hadn't turned into the basic shut-in she is now.

Beats me. It's the long persisting rumor, though. My guess is that it's hard to process anyone falling for Chantal, especially someone who's pretty average like Bibi. The problem is that we're looking at things in the context of Chantal today, not Chantal back in 2011 or whatever year they started dating.

Was she a catch? Probably not. But she had a job, likely was way more socially active and, while still fat as fuck, wasn't anywhere near being the troll she is today.

As for why he stayed with her? Probably a mix of laziness and apathy.

I feel like it is so common for easy going men to just go with the flow with a super agro girl who wants to cuff. Every man I've met like that will date a mess for 5-10 years, ultimately having to dump her because she keeps ramping up the bat shit crazy. Then, within 6 months he is engaged to some massive upgrade. Naturally, the jilted woman compares herself and implodes in her own unique way. Especially when the ex gets married/has kids. Seriously, I could name three IRL situations I know like this.

Hell, it probably already has. Did we ever actually confirm if that was Bibi's sister or not? That whole time period with the extensive sister stay, Chantal sleeping in the other bed room, the whole lot of it was absolute suspect.

Let's face facts- the only plus size women who have appealing bodies are those with hour glass figures. Pears be lookin' like Squidward after krabby patties. An apple even moderately overweight will have a hanging gut, Chantal has damn gone past apple to melon. Aside from the fact that Chantal has about 100 lbs on these women, she isn't even close to playing in the same league.
