Agreed. It's pretty normal that a young woman who got wased first time ever or after long time is excited how smooth their legs or arms are. While it usually happens between female friends, it's not unusual that they show the results off by having a friend feel the smooth hairless skin. Most reasonable adults know this so don't think much about it. It's similar excitement than getting a new hair cut but different way to show it.How could the mom have possibly interpreted "I was excited to see her smooth body" as sexual? This poor young woman has been maligned.
Anyway, the fact that everyone in his extended family immediately called it even though his cousin supposedly tried to do damage control tells me that either the part about the cousin defending him is a lie, or that this is not his first creepy incident.
The fact that all adults don't believe perfectly normal explanation tells everything need to know. If had been just her mom freaking out, that could have been just her being overly sensitive but all relatives getting in on it tells that he has been creepy before. They probably have been keeping an eye out if this just worse than average teenage awkwardness or actual worrying behavior and now have come to conclusion that he is a creep. Best he can do now is take a breake and do self improvement. Like get a summer or part time job, improve social skills, exercise, IRL hobby, find a career that you could pursue and so on. People are fairly forgiving if a teenager has bad period as long as they grow out of it. Highly recommend that put transitioning on hold till improvment in reputation so that he has support when or if he actually follows trough with that.

World Rugby is banning troons.
