There's still liking Disney movies and then there's loving disney movies as much as a child. There are some women who have that as their one thing but the movies are so infantile and so saccharine that its an immediate "hold on wait a minute" point. Even in our culture where the bullies picking on people for infantile tastes have hobbies that were until recently relegated solely to children being a huge disney movie fan is kind of still mainly for kids

I don't know, but to me, after a certain age being obsessed with Disney is just creepy. It shows a lack of growing up. Instead of having kids or something, they go to Disney every weekend and get a ton of pink sparkly mouse ears, thinking they are Elsa or something. It's not that you can't enjoy the stuff, but there is a line. Collecting isn't the issue per se or even loving the movies, but making Disney their whole life. It becomes their personality.

Disney people are certainly one of those fandoms that actively encourage people to let their hobby fuck them into the dirt. Always approach disney people with caution. The crazies out number the harmless ones enough where stopping to asses the situation is mandatory.
