first of all, staph's consistent habit of listing every "oppressed" identity someone has when bringing them up is a clear window into how she thinks the world works. if you're a part of any marginalized identity, that means that your opinions hold more weight. each label is a brownie point that automatically counts towards you being more correct and more important and MUST be pointed out. this is why she piles on as many labels as possible for herself, even when they don't apply. this is obviously not at all how the real world works, as different aspects of one's self are more or less relevant depending on the situation. that leads me to my second point, which is... someone who is autistic and has PTSD is not physically handicapped, so why does that make their opinion on the word "cripple" override the opinion of someone who apparently is in a fucking wheelchair? i already know the answer and it's because they agree with staph.

That definition of cripplepunk is pretty clearly about people who use mobility devices. She thinks that backs her up? It shows how wrong she is.

Also, her point is that the definitions don't explicitly exclude the rest of the population, therefor she can use it. Staph, just because a preschool doesn't explicitly state that adults cannot attend doesn't mean you get to enroll.

Her reading comprehension is really just abysmal. That whole 'weh weh dont be angry when talking to me I've got Trauma you have to be nice' but that person who was messaging her about the cripple stuff WAS perfectly polite and level-headed, even in spite of her being an absolute raging cunt in response. Even later in the convo, where they would have been totally justified in going off on her, they were civil even when expressing that they were upset. I'd legit like to know what she hears on the other side of the Stapphy filter. It really seems to be something totally different than what everyone else is getting.
