What happened to his 180, 'supporting fair use'? He can, but not anyone else? He does know Tucker is pay wall content as well. You have to pay extra for cable or satellite. PPP just dolphin laugh every once in a while so fair use is assured.
 
What would have Rand lost if he didn't acquiesce Ralph? There's all this talk about a recording of him crying over his miscarried kid but wouldn't that harm gunt's image more if he released that compared to anything Rand might face.

Why does he think anybody would care about Rand crying over the loss of a child? That shit is rough, even as a miscarriage that can wreck people. Rand crying over it isn't funny or embarrassing, it's just relatable - you're supposed to get sad over things like that.

That's my point, if that's really what he held over Rand's head I don't see why he would go back to Ralph. Losing a kid is tough for anyone, it would make Ethan look like the worst fucker if he did release it and little to no fallout would reach Rand

I can't believe how ralph keeps kicking the hornets nest. Him trying to get PPP deplatformed will result in him being deplatformed as revenge. Then what will he do? Twitch? Bitwave? Podcast only? Rand is not only a severe alcoholic, he has a traumatic brain injury from an ammo box falling on his head. It's clear with Rand that the lights are on but no ones home.
 
I'm sorry if I'm not 100% up on the laws here, but doesn't this quote from Ralph invalidate his complaint? I thought part of copyright/dmca was that it was aimed at the same audience so you were taking money (or whatever) away from the creator by using it?
