Mostly true given today's standards, but yuri (made for lesbian women, by women) as a published genre was founded by a woman, and presumably lesbian as she had a female partner for decades. I'm not expecting Reddit to be the aeon of class but come on, know your history guys.
I really, really want to see the troons post on the japanese-language Yuri subreddit and see where that gets them.

Women in relationships with trannies aren't lesbians, they're virtue-signalling heterosexuals and bisexuals. Many of these self-proclaimed "lesbians" are just doormats who got with a guy before he trooned out.
When single lesbians say they like or would date trannies, they're virtue-signalling or trying to be polite like the commenter said.
