I honestly had lost interest in this thread + seeing what Quinton was up to in general, though Deadwing's recent stream definitely renewed a bit of my interest. I agreed with a lot of what he had to say, particularly the part about how Quinton used to be enjoyable when he reviewed films and cartoon-type shit and didn't take himself so seriously. It's also tiresome and frustrating with just how much strawmanning and self-flagellating Quinton had to throw in. The vast majority of the video can be described as a whole, "Woe is me, I have so many haters" pity party.

If he really wanted to go that route and make it more coherent, he should have had some proper setup and payoff. Like how he genuinely wants to make a con for everyone to enjoy, yet gets turned away for being too clingy or annoying. And only by the end do people realize what a good guy he was for his valiant efforts, and thus they change their mind. But no, everyone just hates him right from the get-go, and all of the setup involving a warning from Linkara, an evil cartoon mailman, and a leftist council that exiles him of course has 0 actual payoff. What a Fucking mess.

Faggot. You did not see the build up, it was hysterical. Quinton indeed is a slowburner, a cultcow of sorts just based on how much creativity and, may God forgive me, interest he can create on the most unexpected of places. It is specially fascinating how this sole video has sparked so much reactions (for Quinton standards) to the point more people outside of EFAP and the Farms spheres are shitting on Q and most of them are still amongst the nicest trolls you can find.
Watching the Deadwing Dork stream on VoidCon I did notice a new obscure name in Reviewslore, RaccoonReason who Q mentions in the credits as "a sweetheart, do not belive anything you hear about him". The hunt is on.

The leftist council was probably the most Quinton thing about To Boldy Flee My Virtual VidCon. It was unfunny, completely out of the left field, and unnecessary. Quinton, like many other BreadTube orbiters, severely overestimates the influence of BreadTube and doesn't understand that people watch shit to get entertainment, not political shit. The only thing I found more cringe-inducing was the "I'm into vore" song.
 
So this is going to be a controversial opinion again, but I'm disappointed about Quinton deciding to have Charles Manson on his channel.
When you have him on your show and "humanize" his platform, you help him grow.

He was doing that thing bad vocalists do where they only half pronounce the last word in the chorus to make it roll better. It's why you don't end on hard Ds such as VOID. You either half pronounce it to make it flow better or pronounce it fully and sound disjointed as fuck.
 
Hot Dad can actually sing and pronounce words normally but you can tell he half-assed it with that void song like almost everyone else did with their material.
hell he would have been better off just sticking the Granny Cream's Hot Butter Ice Cream jingle into the segment instead, would have been more entertaining.

LOL. If Q was smart, he would be trying to get Vaush's attention. Not only is his channel taking off, but unlike Nyk, Vaush is into actual men and Quinty seems like his type. Nyk was never going to pay attention to anyone that is not a mirror image of himself.

Because he is very popular and successful while actively telling them to go fuck themselves with their political bullshit. even if pewdiepie had not done some edgy things they would still go after him like they have gone after everyone else who is successful and politically neutral. Its all just jealously and self-hatred due to their shortcomings projected as raw hatred for other more talented and successful people as a way to shift blame off themselves for said shortcomings.
