I cannot contain my contempt for people in chronic pain. Florida is pill capital of the world, and I am so sick of hearing pill heads talk about their fucking aches and pains. I'm not a doctor, but just from my experience with these people, I think taking pain killers reduces your overall pain threshold until it's so low just being alive and sober is physically agonizing. There's a certain point where someone, like Boogie, is just so pitiful you can't pity them anymore. It wraps around to being offensive. You start thinking like a veterinarian, that the merciful thing is to put her down.

A rational person noticed that the self-serving shit he's claiming and what he is obviously doing on video are completely inconsistent, and that he obviously did hit Bogan, so Richard, the liar, is acting consistently with his character trait of being a liar, and is lying again.

Most people with serious chronic pain do contemplate suicide at some point. Elderly people are the majority of suicides reason, they have more chronic pain conditions than any other demographic. they get sick of either being in pain or fucked up on drugs. Although euphoria is part of being high on opiates, most people don't like to take them for long because they don't feel like themselves. You aren't supposed to drive or make important decisions when you're on them, so that isn't a way to go through life unless you're an addict and only care about euphoria. Most people that aren't drug addicts will use the pain scale to describe the level of pain associated with an activity, addicts trying to score higher doses at the pain clinic really ham it up like lowtax or boogie. It is gross.

Its being sober that hurts and if they don’t constantly harp on about ”muh back” you might notice they are just an addict. (You are also right that chronic opiate abuse lowers the pain threshold because they are accustomed to floating on a pain free cloud 24/7)

If other people don’t believe they are in pain (and need pills) then they might be expected to do shit like not be high all day, stop taking pills, get a job, not be a piece of shit dirtbag.

Lowtax gets to lay around all day, high as fuck, eating cookies (btw sugar cravings go hand in hand with opiate use) as long as he holds to the back pain myth. Hell, he convinced Logan that if she came to Missouri she had care for him (ie clean his house). Great excuse to ensure your wives and girlfriends have to take care of the kids clean the entire house and feed you because your back pain makes you fat baby that‘s high as fuck and wants to be catered too 24/7.

No way Lowtax is going to give up that sweet grift.

I do wonder if Logan ever saw his pill stash. Given the type of girl she is Lowtax probably kept his pills hidden and didn’t mention any of the good stuff he’s Rx’ed because then he might have to share it with her.
